I always pass by this place but never stop but 1 day a frien told me about this mexican with puertorrican flavor tacos and i love them, owner told me they do their own seasoning from fresh ingredients and its something i could taste, its not your average ,99cents tacos (taco bell) so if you are into something to munch and get satisfied without breaking your bank without sacrifing taste and quality, this is the place.

If you like Mexican cuisine and Puertorrican cooking this is the place to see both kitchens melt into a gastronomical religious experience. Here the proud owners takes traditional plates from both cultures and combine them not to mention into an OVER SIZE Texas serving style. All condiments are home made from scratch from the mild sauce to the hot and spicy. You would find plates like the famous “Tosto-Nachos” (Fried plantains dress like nachos) and the King size “Tripleta-burrito” (Triple meat burrito).

It’s affordable, the more expensive plate don’t go far more than $10 bucks and if you haven’t had one of the two dishes previously mention then you never went to Fajardo.

Is one of those places that you don’t want to miss in your trip and you will take pictures of the food to post them on Facebook.

You got to go!

And while you are at it, get a Piña Colada!

My family was staying at the El conquistador and one night drove by this little trailer-like eatery with 4 stone red tables in front on the ave el conquist. a mile in front of the hotel. I convinced everyone to try this for the local experience. The food here was as good if not better than all the fancy restaurants i went to all week. The pina colada and fratte (non-alcohol) was the best i tasted all week. Fed my family of 5 for 40$. If you like mexican food, go for it.
