We unexpectedly stumbled upon this place and had a beautiful dinner. The cheese and garlic bread loaf was divine, thick cut slices of sourdough and the seafood chowder was also decent.
For mains, we had the lamb which was impressive with beetroot gnocchi and pork belly which was sensational, crisp fat and juicy non oily meat in the middle. It came with many clams that made the dish unique.
We couldn't fault desert which was a shared baked fondant of caramel chocolate and peanut butter - totally indulgent and totally to die for.
Total cost was $120 with two drinks, no alcohol. This is a wonderful restaurant - not unnecessarily fancy but hearty portions with rich, delicious food and great service.
