We stayed in The Loft and were very impressed. Two en suite bedrooms and one with separate bathroom and an outside bedroom too. 6 beds upstairs suitable for children old enough not to fall through the railings or bannisters. King size beds very comfy. Bath Water was warm rather than hot but quite adequate. The kitchen well equipped and has two fridge freezers. Board games such as Scrabble provided. Lighting inside is very dim so a torch might be handy if you are partially sighted. Informative books on local wild life in the Lodge. The weather was fantastic so we didn't use the lounge or the inside fireplace, choosing to use the verandah which has comfortable chairs and a couch or the outside fire place for which folding chairs are stored in the main bedroom dressing room annex . A helpful Team came every morning at 9.30 to do washing up and make beds. A gentleman came at same time to clean the Brazil area. We didn't use the pool as it was a bit chilly still.
Three (and a half) of us had a great game drive with Johannes who was extremely good in helping us see as much as possible.
We were very sad to leave. The Loft is secluded and private and you can walk along the dirt road in a big circle and see game which is useful if you are partially sighted or struggle navigating rocky paths.
You can hear the main road traffic though it is not intrusive but next time we might choose a lodge further away from the road.

A return to Lindani after 15 years proved that as magical as always. Our favorite Stonehouse was comfortable. The KLT game walk was memorable- we spotted Water Buck, Wildebees, Zebra and a Black Harrier.

The Sundowners at the dam near Skebenga was truly breathtaking.

Will be back soon

Room tip: Don't forget your blender

We've just been lucky enough to have spent our nth plus 1 weekend at Lindani, this time at Skebenga. As always it was comfortable and very peaceful. A time for our family to unwind and regroup in a little bit of paradise.

Just read the visitors book at any of the guest houses at Lindani. You will find the following phrases repeated regularly. We will be back.... This is our nth visit..... The staff are so friendly and hospitable... Thank you for sharing this place with us.... Lindani has built a brand that results in many guests visiting, again and again.

We'll go back soon, and we will again order the delicious milk tart from the Lindani farm kitchen. Plus a few other goodies, less worries about catering, more time to hike, mountain bike and watch birds.

What a wonderful long weekend we had! Stone House was perfect for our Father's Day break away. The rooms were cozy and the beds were so comfortable with the heated blankets that we all struggled to get up in the mornings! Our hike along the Melk Rivier was a highlight and the kids loved playing in the water. Thank you for the friendly staff (Martha, Naomi and friends) and all the extras that made Lindani feel like a home away from home.
