We had a lovely lunch here and welcomed getting away from the standard tourist places on the beach. This restaurant is not much to look at, and without the sea breeze there were a lot of flies around us as we ate - we later learned this is partly because of the season. However, the food really was delicious, and tremendous value - I think about $4 for a meal including soft drinks.
This is like eating in someone's home, and the staff / owners are incredibly welcoming. It felt like a local business worth supporting, and a good option for the more adventurous diner.
