Anniversary Stay

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 22 Jul 2019
We arrived on 5th July 2019 for a two weeks stay to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversay (50yrs). We were met by Siriak (manager) who escorted us to our Villa.
We were teated like Royalty from the beginning to to the end of our stay, nothing was too much trouble. Chef William created some amazing dishes from Lobster/King Prawns to my wifes favourite anything cooked with Ginger !!
The staff made our Anniversary day very special for both of us including a gorgeous chocolate cake which we shared with our fellow guests . It was a day that we will never ever forget.
If you are thinking of taking a holiday to relax, fully unwind and like a bit of luxury we suggest you book a holiday today. You will not be disapointed.
Date of stay: July 2019
Room Tip: All villa's are excellant.

Everything is just right in the Palms. The courteous service that reads everything from the lips the privacy is given at all times. The food and the drinks. The location, rooms. The offer of activities on the land, in the sea or with a massage or with a private fire in the evening on the beach - every wish is fulfilled.

My wife told me that this is the first place where reality looks better than the pictures in the brochure!

a big thank you to the staff of the Palms

With only six cottages in a horseshoe shape each with their own plunge pool and day bed, the cottages are enormous inside even having a separate apartment, the facilities are excellent with every convenience, you even have your own dedicated beach cabana. The staff at this hotel are fantastic, nothing seems to be too much trouble and everything works like a well oiled clock. The food is out of this world and such a variety of dishes. Should you feel the need for crowds the sister hotels next door are at your disposal. A fantastic experience, thank you Palms.

Room tip: No difference in any room all are perfect

With only 6 cottages, the level of attention and service is great. The staff are first rate and the property is beautiful. The food was also great. Our cottage was large and well appointed. The staff provide water shoes if you don't have any. The beach is lovely and when the tide is out, you can walk ankle deep for nearly a kilometer. We were there for a new moon and they had a lovely beach ceremony where they served champagne as we waited to watch the moon rise. They will organize tours, provide spa or scuba arrangements...everything is easy. It was a great spot to begin our vacation.

We stayed here recent as part of our honeymoon. This place is so fantastic!! The rooms are spacious with an outdoor bed and her personal small pool. The grounds are glorious. There are only 6 villas and each have their own cabana. The food was the best. Each day/night the staff did something different. Either by having dinner by the pool or lunch on the beach. The assistant manager, Siskia (SP?) was so helpful and at times I thought he only worked for us. I wish we stayed longer. You will not find a better place!!

This is a small complex of 6 'villas' around a pool, with poolside restaurant and bar, in the shade of palm trees, in an well maintained garden. Each villa is very spacious, including lounge area, very large double bed, huge bathroom and a separate single bedroom 'suite'. In addition each villa has a private cabana (shaded double bed) and sunbeds on the stunning, white seashore. A lovely dining room and well furnished lounge bar open onto a terrace.

So what makes this a really special place? Firstly the service, which is courteous, cheerful and never intrusive. Secondly the small size of the complex - its very personal and the staff get to know each guest. The manager, Siriak, is quietly hand-on, ensuring everything is taken care of, supported by a truly-service focussed team of lovely welcoming people - nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a smile.

Breakfast is followed, by a mid-morning fruity pick-up, then an a la carte lunch, afternoon tea, sundowner cocktails and dinner. We enjoyed tables in various locations and a splendid beach side, lunchtme BBQ under palm leaves erected specially for that purpose - decadent!

This is a dream destination for a peaceful holiday in paradise. The weather was hot, but not overbearing in June.

Room tip: All rooms identical and excellent!
