Have never been a fan of this restaurant but tried it again today. Staff amaturish and poorly trained. The first course was chicken two ways but both tasted the same, About six different added flavours. Portion too large and again too many flavours. The main course was pork in two ways. The echine was tough and inedible and the belly pork was OK when the minuet pieces were taken of the fat. Accompanied by a cabbage,onion, carrot ''fry up''. More grease than veg. This was all accompanied by a large black pudding flan which looked as though it had been waiting a long time to be served. My wife's starter was OK but was not pleased to find that the Dos de Bar, which was a 4 euro supplement, turned into a ''duo of poisson'' sea bass and whiting(??). Still we cannot remember having whiting in what is classed as a ..gourmand'' restaurant and the sea was so small it was difficult to find . On the way to the car my mouth was just a sensation of grease and sickliness. Leave this on to the English tourists..
