Aigo Blanco offrers good food and good service. Most diners seemed to be enjoying lamb dishes and these were very tender and tasty. The menu is typical of any restaurant in the area, with 2 or 3 of dishes from each of lamb, beef and fish, also a selection of pastas. Nothing to complain about by way of food, or the wine selection.
Unfortunately, like most Forcalquier restaurants, Aigo Blanco falls into shade in the evening, so while you can have a pleasant al fresco dinner, don't expect to watch the evening sun go down.
