I had been here years ago and tried to find this place again with my friends in tow. It looks like a bar but the cafe and view is superb. The waitress and staff were very gentile and were kind with my poor French, they had a wonderful sense of humor. This was once again a spectacular find in Provence. The food was fresh, local and seasonal we loved the food and wine. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience xx

Looks like a tabac from the front but for the daily specials board. We were welcomed by madame and sat on the terrace at the back overlooking the valley. Perfect! Only about half a dozen tables which means it’s not too busy. I had the most gorgeous warm quiche and salad. My husband tucked into the entrecote. Great find and reasonable value.

This cafe is very French and also very welcoming. The terrase is absolutely lovely, with the best view of the valley. I visit France annually and this place is always a must. Their quiche is so so delicious as well as all the other food. You can sit here for ages drinking wine and enjoying the ambiance. I would strongly recommend for you to visit if you are in the area. Its a very small town, there are a few other restos and little shops. You can park at the base of the hill and its a 3 min walk up to the resto.

Did a early afternoon trip to Menerbes while staying in the Luberon. It was a cold, windy April day and not many places were open. At first, we simply walked past this place thinking it was a local bar, tobacco shop or news stand ... well it seemed to be all those but once inside there was a cozy interior with a nice fire place and a terrace with great views. Since the weather was horrid, we were happy inside and really felt we'd stumbled into a local lunch hangout.
Had a very ample tomato/mozzarella salad which was more than enough for lunch and partner had the steak frites. Both plates came quickly and the service was quite nice and attentive.
Both plates were well priced at under 13E's and 2E for a coffee ---prices we had seen all over the area so felt this was solid value.

Stop in here to have your morning coffee and read the newspaper - the owners are friendly and accommodating! The terrace out back has great views but only tourists sit back there. The locals all congregate around the bar inside as well as at the several indoor tables. We didn’t eat here but had coffee a few times, which was excellent.
