This house is amazing, not only is luminous, is also big and it's fully equipped, which really makes you feel at home during your stay. The views are stunning, sunsets from the house are gorgeous and it is located nearby beautiful walks and hiking spots, as well as on a driving distance from lots of points worth visiting on the Dingle Peninsula. Margaret, the owner, is really sweet and helpful, and overall I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend!!
Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. House worked out perfectly. Star Wars fans in the family were very happy to visit shooting locations at Skellig Michael and Ceann Sibeal. Trips to the Blaskets and the Blaskets Visitor Centre are a must and good food options in Ballyferriter and at Paudie O'Se's pub.
The views from the house are fabulous - the wild hills, sea and islands. Great walks, scenery and beaches. The house has lovely areas to either socialise or relax with one of the varied selection of books. The bedrooms are spacious, nicely decorated and all have their own en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area are very well equipped. We will return again!!
We have just come back from a totally relaxing holiday. The weather was changeable but, then, this is the Atlantic coast. The house provided everything that we needed and is in a great location particularly if you like waking up to views of the Blaskets and seeing the sun set over them. There is the famous Krugers Bar just up the road, the house is on the Dingle Way coastal walk and is close to some great beaches. It is clean and very spacious. Margaret couldn't be more helpful as well as being kind in waiting for our arrival (we had a delayed flight!). We are looking forward to returning soon.
The location is fantastic with great views and ample walks to keep us busy during the day. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The surrounding area has many restaurants and beaches to explore . After exploring the area we relaxed in front of the log fire in this beautiful tranquil spot. Would highly recommend.
We had been looking forward to our weekend family stay in Dingle & it certainly didn't disappoint. Home from home the location and house is exactly as described.
A clean well equipped kitchen, spacious open plan living areas (with wifi), lovely comfortable couches & stunning views of Dunquin bay.
A big thanks you to Margaret, the owner who was excellent and very attentive from start to finish.
We are looking forward to our return trip & would highly recommend this beautiful home to family & friends.
Its a fantastic location, close to a number of lovely long beaches.
We loved this property. We were here as a group of four, all of us enjoying our own spacious bathrooms with great showers and wonderful pressure. Luky for us all newly painted - all new linen, duvets and pillows with comfortable beds. Bedrooms are a real plus as they are all a great size. Despite some cool enough weather, the house had lovely warm feeling to it. The views of the islands from the living areas of the house were lovely and we experienced some stunning sunsets during our stay.
Unofrtunately some places were closed such as the Blasket Centre and nearby restaurants as it was very much low season. No worries, the house was equipped for cooking and plenty of places were open in nearby Dingle town, plus there are days worth of walking/hiking right oudside the door. However, the pub just up the road was a real traditional Irish pub where we enjoyed some great pints of Guinness.
All in all a fabulous home for our group, would definitely recommend. The cozy stove was a great plus if you prefer a quiet night in like ourselves! Margaret was very accommodating, and on hand with any of our queries.
