We stayed for 4 nights B&B. Despite unseasonally cold and wet weather we enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff (limited English spoken) were very helpful and attended to every request immediately. On our first evening Rosa even drove us to a restaurant in neighbouring Meta (and picked us up after our meal: we did not have a car). Breakfasts were fine (large thermos of coffee, rolls, croissants, cold meats, cheese, jams, yoghourt - and oranges!). Incredibly quiet situation in large garden full of orange and lemon trees. Payment is cash only (and very reasonably priced). Only 5 minutes walk from Piano di Sorrento station from where there are frequent trains to Sorrento itself (7 mins journey), Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples. For a 100% Italian, reasonably priced, friendly B&B this would be hard to beat. It is a B&B, therefore we cannot comment on 'restaurant' in the list below, and the swimming pool was covered for the winter.
