First things first. I live in Anguillara and the Ristoro da Eva is just down the road, on the shores of Lago di Bracciano. This is your classic, family run local restaurant and all the better for it. Inside it's small and intimate and outside there are 8 or 9 tables.
Pride of place, in my opinion, must go to their fresh, handmade tonnarelli with clams and lashings of freshly shaved black truffle. Outstanding! Can't recommend it enough. My partner and I had the same and for the second course, I had fresh tuna with salsa verde and she had battered lake fish (persico), a speciality around here. Not a huge selection, but excellent stuff. Local wine ok and not expensive. Bill was about right. To get there, drive through Anguillara and with the lake on your right, you'll find it a km or so further along the road. Buon Appetito!
