the dishes are simple but very tasty and make use of all you can find at hand in Sicily: vegetables, herbs, spices, olive oil of course. Antipasti, primi and secondi piatti, do not hesitate but try to save room for desert as the 'jellies' with cinammon, or almond, or ...i don't remember all the flavours... are great. If you get a chance to see the chef all the better as she is a real character
