My husband and i went to Patrizia and Massimo's cooking glass whilst we were honeymooning in Tuscany and we had the time of our lives.

The class was highly entertaining, easy to follow and just delightful. Massimo and Patrizia were amazing hosts who were highly knowledgeable in food and fresh produce and gave us some invaluable tips about cooking that my husband and i have adopted in our everyday cooking. We still cook the dishes we learnt with Massimo and Patirzia for our family and friends and they are continuously a huge hit.

The venue for the class was in gorgeous Tuscany in a beautiful little300 year old farm house, it epitomised the gorgeous Tuscan country side.

If we ever have the opportunity to visit Tuscany again, we ill definitely have another class with Patrizia and Massimo.

Thank you for a wonderful time,

Annette and Kane

The Broad Horizon group out of London, Ontario, Canada had a great cooking class with Massimo & Patrizia. They are funny, interesting, entertaining and the recipes and food will be remembered by one and all.

They gave everyone a great little recipe book to write down your favourite recipes with a great drawing of the couple on the front -- this should have been a hint of what was to come. Lots of laughter and good food. Patrizia has a great commercial kitchen with room enough for 24 ladies plus Massimo to do the grilling of the local "beef".

Fantastic and thank you!

This italian cooking experience was more than we could have ever imagined! We felt right at home in the kitchen of Patricia and Maximo and could not have had more fun cooking for ourselves! The experience was so memorable that we still try to recreate it in our own kitchen with family, friends and lots of homemade pasta!!! Thank you Patricia and Maximo for such a wonderful time! It far exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back and see you again!

Gratzi!

Patrizia & Massimo provided an outstanding cooking class in their kitchen, in their 300 year old farm house. Our family of 3 (grandmother, granddaughter, & granmothers sister) participated iin a hands on cooking experience from appetizer to dessert. We would not hesitate to do antother cooking class with these wonderful people.
