Thoroughly clean camp. We stayed with Eurocamp here in a shaded woodland area. Really very lovely. The pools were great, if a little chilly when you first get in. Please note, the pools shut for a few hours during the day. A good shop a few minutes walk away. Lovely pizzeria on site. Would benefit from more organised activities for kids, particularly as they have tennis courts, basketball courts, football pitches...so scope to organise more games.
Lovely relaxed campsite. Good for different types of family. Good base for exploring as well as being only 5 mins from Sarteano. A few years ago we were there for the town festival which involved the whole town, this year we happened upon a medieval festival/market. 3 lovely pools and a large play park.
A beautifully kept campsite. Eurocamp couriers were very friendly but not terribly knowledgeable about what's in the local area. Village of Sartaeno is close by and there is a great supermarket about 5 mins drive away. We stayed in early June and one of the pools wasn't open yet. Our kids aged 11 and 8 enjoyed the pool but there weren't enough fun slides for their entertainment. The pool was also very very cold! The campsite is immaculate but I think because the season hadn't fully taken off, there wasn't much to entertain them. There's a nice restaurant within the campsite which is quite good but a bit expensive. Sartaeno itself has a few very nice restaurants in it and is a very authentic town. Again, there is isn't very much to interest the children there but I'd recommend for adults. To drive around the area is lovely with stunning scenery. Regarding accommodation, our mobile was new to the Eurocamp fleet. We had a two bed Aspect and it really was very comfortable with all that was required for cooking in with a nice bottle of wine. The Eurocamp section of the campsite is a bit of a trek from the pool and restaurant but is manageable.
Stayed at this site for a base for Tuscany holiday. Good bar,very lean and safe pools with spring water, no hideous chlorine taste. Restaurant splendid with Wood fired pizzas that were extremely tasty.
We stayed here for 4 nights in Jun-14. Whilst the park is well equipped (pool and park are nice/toilet and shower facilities good) we found our overall experience was tainted by the noise, especially overnight, from dogs barking (think they were outside the park perimeter) and cockerels first thing. We were staying in a tent, so perhaps the sound proofing would have been better in one of the mobile homes.

We appreciate the positive remarks and regret that you encountered some noise during your stay at us. The rumors refer probably to a dog and a couple of cockerels belonging to a property close to ours, as we don't admit animals in our property. In the past we had these occurrences from other neighbours, but we have resolved most of them in the meantime. So we are now in a better situation, where such noises happen quite rarely. For sure we will ask our neighbor to take actions to further reduce these rumors, but on the other hand we invite you to consider that:
1)We are in an uncontaminated oasis in the countryside in Tuscany, where tranquility, relax and contact with nature are our strong points. The high quality of the natural environment brings also several varieties of animals with it, most in a wild status and some bred by locals, anyway far from us. So the campsite is in general very quiet, but rumors like birdcalls (as an example) or from cockerels, are part of nature.
2)Being located in the town of Sarteano is for most a big advantage. But at the same time we are close to a few neighbours, so we are not completely isolated and some "rare" noises arrive at us.
3)As soon as you encounter any issue, we invite you to go immediately to the director's office, where you will find an immediate assistance for a solution (for instance move to another pitch, or calling the neighbour, etc.).
