We booked a Superior 1 bedroom apartment which was large, light and airy. It was spotlessly clean and was cleaned daily. Although the kitchenette was basic (2 cooking rings, a kettle, microwave and fridge) it was adequate to prepare breakfast and a light meal. The staff were excellent and snack bar food, good value, compared to some of the other eateries in Andraxt. We didn't eat in the restaurant, so are unable to comment on this. The only downside to the apartment was it's location in the corner of a pool facing block (room 209). The balcony was very small and didn't catch the sun at any time of day. I would therefore recommend avoiding apartments 08 &09 on each floor as they share the same location. The garden facing superior apts have bigger balconies and catch the afternoon sun. Overall, for what we paid, the accomodation was good value for money.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms 108, 109, 208, 209,308,309. Garden view rooms are quieter than those facing the pool.

We stayed here the first week in April, and found the complex, to be absolutely great. The apartment we stayed he in was first class, it was spotless and cleaned daily. We ate out every night as we were only b/b but everything was there in the kitchen for you to make a 3 course meal. The staff in the restaurant and bar were very pleasant and the reception was very helpful. At night it was very quite and you got a good nights sleep. The walk to the harbour only took about 10mins and there was lots of different restaurants and cafes to choose from, for dinner or just a quick snack. The weather was great the whole time we were there. Its a great base to go exploring from, we just jumped on the bus most days and went to Palma, Andraxt, Santa Ponca, etc. for only a few euros . Lovely place would like to go back.

allocated the wrong room then told 'why didn't you tell us earlier. the room we got was still not what we booked ie no seperate bedroom. the 'new' room was damp as it had been empty since november.we could not dry out the room with the heating and replacement bedding was not available.
the restaurant staff could not cope with the numbers eating.
its got a lot going for it but not with this management

Room Tip: don;t go when the hotel opens for the season

We stayed here early April and found the complex to be fairly nice, clean and not to far from the port, but with too many deal breakers.

First they say the pool in the basement is heated, but it was really cold the days we spend there.
Second the kitchenette was the poorest equipped we have ever seen and the pots and pans were useless.
The beds were rock hard and only single beds were to be found, but I guess this is the case in most places in Spain, not to be recommended for a romantic getaway.

That said the outside pool is beautiful and really nice. So come during summer.

It takes around 15 min to walk to the restaurants around the port and I must say it is the best food I have had in Spain.

I would recommend this for a summer vacation, or to people where swimming doesnt matter much.

Summa summarum. Think 4 package holiday, but for those of you that usually stay at 4 star brand hotels around the world, this is to be compared with a 3 star hotel.

Would we stay again? I dont think so, as I would either prefer a house in town to be more private or a resort by the sea in order to be able to go swimming more easily. It is a ok place to stay, but nothing special.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with direct access to the main pool - very few of these exist.

We stayed here as we were going to a wedding in the port. The hotel was recommended to us and I can see why! Big enough to have all the facilities you need but small enough to be charming. Apartments well equipped, clean and comfrtable. Staff helpful, pool was immaculate - the maintenance staff were ever present tinkering, improving, checking - filled us with confidence that this was a well run much love establishment. Ideally situated for the port - just a short walk to good restaurants, bars, yacht club and sea front. LOVED IT - we have booked to visited again in April 2012

Room Tip: We requested first floor as with it being a small place you are quite close to pool and we prefer to...

The hotel is full of people but you won´t hear a noise. It is great if you are looking for a quite nice time in Mallorca and you are scare of the Magaluf type of places. It is a bit of a walk to the town centre, around 10 mins. The restaurants are nice but not cheap at all. We rented a boat there and the staff was quite nice, so if you want the number let me know and I could send it out to you. We had my friend´s baby shower there and it was great!

We have been coming here year after year. We first came here about 1993 I think, and it has got better and better. The apartments are very clean with a full complement of cutlery and crockery. You could cook a meal as there is a microwave and a hob with enough pans and implements to do a lunch. The pool area is clean however not huge. This is probably not a place for families with children aged 8+. There is nothing for them, but hey! good news for people with no chidren or very small ones.
We had the breakfast there one day and it is 11 euro's, it's a buffet a meal so you can eat as much as you want. Unfortunately I forgot to eat loads and only had tea and toast. Whoops.
The rooms are fully air conditioned and there is wi-fi if you need it. What more can you ask?
You can use all the facilities of Mon Port which is the sister hotel next door, including their pool. There is a gym, which I did not use, but it is there if you want it.
The port is about a 15 minute dawdle away, plenty of places to eat. We would recomend the Bon Profit, which is on the front if you want Mallorcian food. There is a few Italian outlets, but I like to try and eat the food from that country if poss.
Going back next year? You bet. This is a total chillax. I would recomend to to any one who needs to recharge their batteries.

Room Tip: Pool view is the best
