My Husband and myself had lunch here today, and what a fantastic lunch we had. My husband had fish cakes to start, followed by lasagna, I had aubergine and mozzarella bake to start and the salmon dish to follow and we couldn't resist the fabulous deserts and coffees to follow. The food was exceptional as was the service. We enjoy fine dining and eat in many high standard resturants , including resturants in Rome, where our expectations are high, we were not disappointed today. We shall be returning - with friends in tow!!!. Outstanding!!!

Visited last Friday with family. We all had the set menu, which catered for all tastes and all found the food to be excellent. The service was very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this restaurant; it certainly compares favorably with other Italian restaurants I have visited locally. Give it a try!

Although the restaurant was very quiet , the staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate off the 3 course set menu which was excellent value and had plenty of choice. My husband had a large sirloin steak cooked to perfection with a lovely sauce. There were olives and garlic bread as appetisers. Will go back again.

Went here with 6 friends. The restaurant is on the first floor, but it does have a lift, which was useful for us as one of the party was disabled.

The restaurant is very nicely presented and the staff were waiting for us when we arrived. There were jugs of cold water on the table and our coats were taken promptly. It was empty when we arrived but we were eating at 7 so that was understandable and it did start to fill up within 1/2 hour.

Garlic bread was put on the table for each of us, only down side - no side plates.
Wine was good.
They had a set menu for Saturday as well as the A la carte menu. The set menu was was £19.95 and the majority of us ate from this. I had Fish and it was cooked perfectly others had lasagne, chicken and slow cooked lamb shanks. Everyone enjoyed the food and my only criticism was the lack of green vegetables.

All in all it was a lovely meal, which we all enjoyed and would return without hesitation.
