“Superb Breakfast”

Isobell has done it again. Fruit bowl to start with strawberries, raspberries, melon, banana. Then smoked salmon, baked salmon, scallops and scrambled eggs. Enough to feed an army. Sooooo good! Home from home only better. Thanks Isobell. No.1 in Tarbert ;)

Stayed here only one night before getting the ferry early next morning. A very friendly and helpful host. The room was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfy. I would highly recommend this B&B to all.

We stayed here for one night, Isabel rescued from a disastrous booking elsewhere. The owner (Isabel) was so hospitable & welcoming we thought we were staying with family. Also we were greeted by her lovely dogs, our choice to do so, who too were so friendly! Nothing is too much trouble and the house is homely & inviting. The rooms are clean and cosy, the bathrooms are pristine, as is all the linen, you can tell how loved the business is. She cooks a killer breakfast fresh to order so tasty & served with much charm & a great smile. Nothing is to much bother in this home from home little gem, we loved it! I will definatley stay again when in the area. And don't forget Isabel I have a promise from you of a signed copy of that book! Good luck to you & thank you for your care.

Stayed October 2013

Room Tip: I don't think you would be disappointed with any room in this establishment.

Lovely cosy guesthouse, our room was immaculately clean and very comfortable, breakfast was a delicious feast, I had the fish cakes which were excellent. Isabel was a super host and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend and we would love to stay again.

My wife and I and our small dog 'Baxter' stayed here for 2 nights in August. Great location, decent price, superb breakfast and extremely comfortable room.

The B&B owner Isabel is a real character, lovely warm and friendly lady and nothing appears to be too much trouble for her

We has a fantastic time, our room was beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed and a big bathroom with bath and shower!!

Choice of breakfast was awesome, along with the fresh fruit salad, we had the full scottish one morning and the scrambled with 3 different types of Salmon on the 2nd, both huge and a challenge to finish it!! Isobel was happy to cook breakfast for our family who were staying nearby in a camp site @ £6.50 each which they were very happy with.

Only recommendation would be to have a TV or radio in the bedroom?

Room Tip: We had a ground floor double with bath.

Booked this B&B very late since our flight to Edinburgh changed. Isobel welcomed us with open arms and arranged a room at the neighbours for our friends. This is what a B&B should be like. Friendly host, simple but clean rooms, delicious breakfast at a reasonable price.
Thx Isobel, we will be over again in the future.
PS: only 10m. from the Kennacraig ferry terminal

We stayed at The Cullins B&B for two nights and had a wonderful time. We were lucky enough to have the front bedroom with ensuite bath and shower which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable as was the lounge and breakfast room. The breakfast was excellent with a large bowl of fruit to start followed by a good menu choice including smoked salmon, kippers, as well as full Scottish. The thing that really made our stay so enjoyable was our hostess Isabel. She could not do enough to make us comfortable and welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. We went as strangers but left feeling part of the family. We will definitely stay there again.
