“excellent food, reasonably priced andgood friendly service”
Reviewed 26 March 2011

As i said earlier the menu choices were very good. the food I chose was hot and very well presented. Parking in nearby Tesco which is restricted to 3 hours which we found acceptible.

“Not worth the excessive wait”
Reviewed 31 August 2010

This cafe is always full, but must be unsuspecting tourists! The menu does warn that there will be a wait at busy times and we were there at lunchtime, and even though the place was busy the kitchen wasn't busy - we were sitting opposite and could see! The cooks were sauntering about as though it was an empty cafe!

We ordered quiche and salad and 2 baguettes. The quiche had been over microwaved and so the crust was like concrete; it was a very small portion. One of the baguettes sounded tempting with hot turkey and cranberry but what arrived was reconstituted turkey slices which were luke warm and enough cranberry sauce to look like a jam sandwich. The other baguette was acceptible - brie and bacon. This whole lot took 45 minutes to arrive and no word of apology.

Find somewhere else to eat would be my advise.
