This was our first trip with Just Go Holidays and we were quite impressed. The Westminster Hotel was spotless and clean. we had tea making facilities in our room - television and of course our own bathroom. The staff were so friendly and accomodating whilst not being pushy at all.All the meals were served at you individual tables and all prepared and presented beautifully. There was always a good choice too. We would certainly visit again. A most enjoyable trip. The coach driver, Dave was super too.

On reading reviews before we left for this hotel - we were a bit sceptical - however the four days spent there (went on a coachtrip) were really enjoyable - the room was a good size and clean - all the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful (Kerry is very bubbly and great fun) and the food very good - only downside was price of drinks at the bar which caused us to visit the very close wetherspoons and an irish bar (not everyones cup of tea quite a lot of characters) but made to feel at home on our two visits - would definately go back again probably when weather a bit warmer but we were lucky with our January stay as in North Wales there was no snow so could get about if wrapped up

Room Tip: No specific tip just ask and the staff will oblige

This was a package holiday with JustGoHolidays, booked through a flyer in our national paper. It was excellent value for money. The package included pick up locally and coach to Rhyl, DBB for 4 nights. We left south Lincolnshire in deep snow and arrived in Rhyl to no snow at all, our time there was mostly blue skies and no rain or snow. Very lucky. Part of the package was trips on 3 days, the Portmerion day was changed to Chester and having already been there we decided to stay in Rhyl. A lovely resort and we enjoyed it. The next day was to Betws-y-Coed and LLanberis, where we found enough to do (although a lot of the "tourist" places were still closed), and the final trip was to Llandudno. We also enjoyed this resort and our time there. The Westminster Hotel was clean and comfortable, if a bit worn. Breakfasts were good, but the evening meal menu could be improved on. The radiator in our room wasn't working, but the staff soon supplied a portable heater and we were happy with that. The staff also supplied an extra blanket, as the room was cold.It seems we were unlucky about this, as everyone else said their rooms were hot. For anyone going during the summer holiday season, this hotel is well placed for the beach and town amenities. Unfortunately, the curtains in our room (7) were useless at keeping out the car park lights through the night, it was almost daylight.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the sea are available at an upgrade price. Not sure about the lights in the rooms at ni...

A hotel trying to offer good value. Room for three was clean and large. We ate hearty breakfasts and used the hotel as a base to see Snowdonia and the North Welsh coast. A good hotel that is worth visiting if you want to see this part of forgotten Wales. There is a small car park at the rear of the hotel and the staff are friendly and help with practical issues.

We stayed here with a coach company for four nights and found it excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, en-suite and complete with kettle and telly - and surprisingly quiet without hearing the other residents.
Breakfast was very good, served at your table rather than buffet style, with choices of all the things you'd expect, and evening meals were also excellent with choice of starters, several main courses to choose from and several desserts. All good plain basic and tasty food.
The staff were happy and friendly at all times, and very helpful.
I felt that is it is a hotel that is gradually being refurbished, and still has a little way to go - there were patches on the wallpaper and poorly fitting doors among other things, but these shouldn't put anybody off - regard it as "Character"!
It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay and we would have no problem with using it on another occasion.

Stayed at this hotel with a group of pensioners on a coach trip. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. Some rooms were large, and some small, but all were very clean and comfortable. This is a average hotel, but great value for money, food was good and served at your table as opposed to a buffet. There is a small bar, the drinks are a little expensive, and maybe excused as entertainment is provided some nights by local artists, some of whom leave alot to be desired. The hotel is located on the sea front with great views, close to the town centre and local amenities, and easy access to public transport. This hotel is popular with coach touring companies and take up alot of the occupancy at times.

Room Tip: There are sea view rooms and come with an extra charge, however some are lucky and get them free of...
