We drove here to watch to sunrise. It was beautiful. There is a large parking area down by the beach and lots of shade. Neat little fishing boats up on shore - made for interesting photos. One local on beach when we arrived and then about a dozen more showed up - it was Sunday and they were there for their exercise - doing laps up and down the beach. We were the only tourists ambling along! Swimming / boogie boarding probably only for the experienced. No change rooms / bathrooms that we saw. Beautiful area and would highly recommend a couple hours here.

Such an untamed little cove,, worth a visit. BUT not more than a paddle in this strength of under current..

My favourite beach in Barbados, just like the bounty advert, lots of shade, swim only if you are a strong swimmer the sea has attitude here, lovely beach for an all day picnic with friends almost deserted during the week, never gets busy, no facilities so come prepared, swaying palm trees and crystal clear water, white powdery sand, this beach replicates paradise.

Drive down the little lane to a piece of beautiful beach. Nice and quiet, nice sand, I wouldn't swim in the sea I found it a bit rough.

Beautiful beach hidden away, a bit off-the-beaten-track. It was completely deserted when I visited in September - no other beach-goers, vendors, shops, or hotels. The waves and current can get pretty strong, but definitely worth a visit - one of Barbados' best-kept secrets.
