We had some friends with us and all agreed that the wine was nice to drink and the Riesling is a perfect wine.
The lady was more than helpful and she was a good teacher.
I would go again.

While enjoying a drive to Naramata we decided to take a few moments and stop in at 8th Generation to see what they had to offer.

Yolanta served up quite a selection of Whites, Reds and Rose varietals. Refer to the posted pic showcasing what you may sample for $4 per person which is refunded with your purchase. There is quite a list and definitely something for everyone.
The hostess, Yolanta, was very friendly and genuinely happy to be there. She commented on a few occasions how much she enjoyed her job. It's always refreshing to meet someone in her position who is engaging and makes you feel welcome!
Good wine, reasonably priced, friendly atmosphere...we will definitely return!

This winery was our favorite on our October wine festival tour. The hosts were very friendly. The wine was excellent as all six of us left with a couple bottles each. We had tried the rose wine the night before at a restaurant in Summerland and fell in love with the wine. Unfortunately when we got to the winery it was sold out and had been for some time. We also had a bonus chocolate tasting with wine that we had not been expecting, we ended up buying chocolate also. If you get the chance, stop in don't drive past it, if you do, turn around and go.

Great winery and very nice people. We loved the Riesling and Secco and it's fascinating how they transferred their German wine-making know how to this area. All wines we tasted were really perfect. We had a nice long chat with the owner Stefanie and definitely recommend to stop for a tasting!

Our group walked to this winery and really enjoyed the wines, hospitality, and setting at 8th Generation. We were all in town for a 50th wedding anniversary and couldn't resist visiting this family run winery right on Highway 97 in Trout Creek, just south of Summerland. Try all their wines, especially the Rose! The hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable. We took a bunch of fun pictures in their garden and picnic area and we all bought a bottle or two to bring home. We will definitely be back next year.
