Description: Zias is located in a beautiful heritage building in quaint small town Summerland. We offer a diverse menu with affordable options for everyone. We are more family than foodie and offer comfort and fine dining. We are set up to accommodate groups up to 50 with plate service, call for large party menus. Zias has live piano on the weekends when available. We have a fireplace in the winter and a patio in the summer.

A really nice restaurant recommended by the reception at Summerland Waterfront resort. It didn't let them down. Lovely food and a huge Menu choice. The white wine cooler was unique - an empty, but extremely colourful, olive oil drum. The staff were very friendly and helpful with menu suggestions, and we turned up on spec - 5 of us.

This is by far the best place to eat in Summerland. We hardly ever go anywhere else. Great food, service and décor. Once the renovations are complete, it will be awesome!!

Zia's Stonehouse Restaurant in Summerland is one of my favorite dining spots in the Okanagan. The service is superb, the food and prices are excellent and reasonable, respectively, and this place has old world charm plus a patio where one can dine below an arbour of growing grapes. How special! The waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the wine, and actually brought samples to our table in answer to our questions. All courses were very scrumptuous for all three of us dining one pleasant summer evening. I highly recommend this restaurant; it's a rare find!

The restaurant was recommended by a family member who lives in Kelowna. We were a few minutes late for our reservation however, they were very accommodating.

We were greeted immediately by a friendly host followed shortly after by the server providing us with menus and taking our drink order.

We ordered french onion soup right away as it indicates on the menu it requires 15 mins to make. One of our companions ordered the vegetable rolls. The soup was tasty, however, we all agreed, more cheese would have made the soup much better. The vegetable rolls were fine.

Several of us choose the daily special, Chicken Cordon Bleu. It came with a mix of vegetables and roast potatoes. Others had shrimp & scallops, steak au poivre, and chicken and mushrooms. The Cordon Bleu was salty due to the ham, the chicken with mushrooms was much better, the steak was ok (fat had to be cut off and set aside), and a rave review on the shrimp and scallops (our birthday friend).

The server had suggested a local Riesling, great suggestion.

There was minimal room for dessert. Without asking, the server brought a dessert out with a candle for our birthday person. Nice touch.
Pluses, staff were friendly and gave great service. Most main courses were under $20.00 And the piano player was terrific. Not so positive, when asking the server if they could provide more of one vegetable in the medley provided, we received a resounding no. I felt this came from some prior experience she may have had with the kitchen when asking on some previous occasion.

For 6 adults, a bottle of wine and 2 scotch, $240.00 plus gratuity.

My wow factor rating would be 31/2 out of 5.

Great food but service was not quite up to par tonight. Definitely recommend it though for ambiance and the live piano music
