It would be very true to state that we have stayed at much nicer and more "interesting" B&Bs that were full of antiques, plush towels, and were much more nicely appointed. However, having said that, the room we stayed in, that previously was in fact a garage, was clean, as were the linen and towels, and the bed we slept in was very comfortable. The electric heat gave us full temperature control but that night we decided to open the screened window and fell asleep to the sound of the waves crashing upon the beach not far away. There was a bathroom (shower but no tub) but it in some ways it was more reminiscent of a cottage then a B&B. Breakfast was reflective of our host's European background, scrambled eggs with a platter of several types of German sausage, a block of cheese, coffee, and previously prepared dry toast. No juice, milk, fruit or jam was offered. Our host indicated to us that he was a widower and ran the B&B on his own - not likely the easiest of tasks nor one that I'd like to accept on my own. His dog was friendly and more than happy to sleep near our feet during breakfast which was served at the hour of our choosing. While this B&B is located off the beaten path, the view across the Bay was truly superb. Although not a consideration for us, its out of the way location would make day trips longer if one was staying several days. All in all, it certainly was an OK place for my wife and I to get away for an overnight stay, but this B&B is certainly not high star rated, nor fancy, and offers only the clean basics at best. If you wish to have more than that, pay a little more, and be closer to other amenities, there are several other B&Bs to choose from; and with that - the choice is now yours to make.

We booked the Seaspray B&B over the telephone after finding their site on the internet. It sounded heavenly and the person that we talked to on the 'phone was friendly and humorous. We requested a ground floor room as I have trouble walking and were assured that they had one available. When we got there, we were shown to a room that required the traverse of thirty-two steps to reach. We were told that all the other rooms were filled and as it was a long weekend we thought that we had little choice but to accept the room. So we did. The room wasn't bad, but we were instructed NOT to disturb more than one bed. Although we had been assured that the bathroom was ensuite, it was outside the door to our room across the hall from another supposedly filled room. It turned out that there was only one couple staying in the building. The breakfast was not really up to the B&B standard we had become used to as there was no choice but oversalted scrambled egg. We did notice a bit of a smell in the house but attributed it to the age of the building. the best thing about the stay was the two dogs, Ben and Robbie, who were always ready to wag their tails at us. We would neither recommend nor return.

This Bed And Breakfast Has got a wonderful View and is very secluded and Peaceful. You can also walk down to a secluded Rock Shoreline and watch the tides go in and out.
BUT the breakfast we had which was the same for the 2 days we where there was boring, uncreative and Very Poor for a Family that claimed to me restaurant owners
They own the German restaurant in Harbourville.(a Few MIles to the West)
When we asked the man-Henry (OWNER) who made us breakfast not to serve us eggs the second day as we don't like eating too many eggs, He pretended he didtnt understand us and then went on tto say the breakfast was already made, However when we went into the kitchen for breakfast he was standing there making our eggs. We did eat some of it , to be considerate, but didnt finiish them
Also he served us left over stale bread from the day before-one slice each with some hot dog buns and hamburger buns-VERY Dissapointing to say the least and we paid $100 plus tax a night for a $2.00 breakfast at Best-Highly recommend caution until they change their breaakfast Menu.

We just returned from a 10 day driving tour around the Lighthouse and Evangeline Routes. We had planned on staying at the Seaspray B&B on our 8th night. When we arrived we were shown to our room (kinda of an enclosed carport) without checking in. Upon entering the room my wife and I were greeted by the most horrible smell of cat urine. Management did offer us another room , but upon entering the house to discuss the situation, the smell was even worse. Something really needs to be done about the catspray! We can tolerate a lot, but this was clearly beyond our endurance. PU!!!! So we drove on to Wolfville.
