The castle looks amazing from the outside. The interior of the lobby is a combination of classic elements with a modern touch. However, the rooms don't have the same quality touch.

The staff was friend very friendly, and they spoke French, English and Dutch. And there was a 24h availability at the lobby.

The shower had a good modern look, but it felt too small, due to a cheap plastic shower curtain.

In the end, I paid 52 EUR for a night, which is a good price for the offered value.

Cannot beat this location if you like getting away from it all. Hotel is nicely done with great interior design - the right mix of old and new. For €52 we had a small but adequate room across from the solarium, a terrace that looks out over the landscape.
Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Would have liked it even better if there had been more facilities and amenities and would have paid more for it. But again for 52 a night theres not much to complain about.

Room Tip: Stay in the main chateau not the petit chateau

After arriving to the Chateau, we asked if we could book a taxi for that evening to take us to the local village which was around 3.5km away. The taxi arrived, collected us and deposited us all at the restaurant 10 minutes later, if that! The driver then asked for 76 euros fare. it turned out that the nearest taxi companies are in Dinant, or Namur. We called the Chateau and was basically told that was the deal. It would have been nice for the man on reception to have basically said, " Yes! we can order a taxi for you, but be aware that if comes from the nearest town the fare will be very expensive"
The chef from the restaurant was very kind and took us home after the meal and said, that this has happened quite a few times.
Surely in the interest of customer service, this information could be made clear vocally, or even a sign on the desk!
It marred our evening completely!

Very quiet place in a beautiful parc, this castle has a feel of hotel inside. You don't get the sphere of a castel. No beautiful libraries, old furniture ...that you might find in a castle where the owner still lives in. But there are 5 or 6 huge living rooms with sofas and tables where you can stay for hours. Superb with the view on the parc. Realaxing.

Warning: quite a few rooms are NOT in the castle itself but in the building nearby. Pity that it is not mentioned in the booking.com description. On the positive side my room was big and very well decorated. You need the free the room by 11.00. If you arrive early than 16.00 enjoy a walk in the parc...

On Sunday you can get a free guided tour of the hotel and its parc by Laurent. It's at 11.00 and lasts 1.30. Very interesting. Great.

Very good breakfast. Fresh orange juice. Hot and cold quality food.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Go for it if you want to spend a few days in nature and enjoy lovely spacy lounge.

You can also borrow the free mountain bikes.

Dear,

Thak you for your feedback :) Yes, that's a quiet place to stay and relax :)

But i would like to show you, it's well written for the rooms (Booking.com):

Important information
The restaurant is open on Friday and Saturday evenings. On other days of the week it is open on request only. Please contact the hotel after booking for more information.

The rooms are divided into the castle and the small castle.

Maybe you don't read all the descriptions.

And actually, all the rooms are with the same decoration but are all different :)

Best regards

Aude

The family room fit our family of four very well. I wish we stayed for more than just one day! Great landscape! The rooms are clean, warm, and secure. The views a great! Our daughter thought we were in a real caste! The staff is friendly and welcomed international travelers. I am grateful for the staff's well spoken English, since I only knew very little French or Dutch (or German)! Overall it was a great stay.
