The hotel must have seen better days, as when we asked friends about where to go to eat => this was the place to be. Yet the food was non edible, the pasta overcooked and soggy, the salad old, sloppy and the lettuce not washed. Service was slow, sloppy and was a fair match for the food. Never Again

The Chefs special crab pasta wasn't real crab nor a decent imitation and was drenched in starch-filled cream sauce, the kids' chicken fingers were way over cooked, there was no fish (for which is what the place is supposed to be known), the octopus was over cooked / rubbery, and the ceviche too spicy for ceviche (and I like spicy). We read about a quality seafood restaurant and got the worst kind of hotel restaurant. I don't mean to be overly dramatic, it's just that I'm mid-meal and it is very disappointing. If I were you, I'd avoid the experience.

Perfect lunchtime fare at a very reasonable price. Went there while it rained cats and dogs but this added to the experience as a whole and visited the arts & crafts market nearby.

Only complaint, did not care for the coffee.
Service was good.
We both ordered chicken dishes, both had amazing, delicious sauces on them.
My side of yuca was fantastic, better than expected.
First chance at viewing a toucan...ok, he was in a cage...but he was BEAUTIFUL...now, their goats were sad and sickly :( there are a few other animals so the kids will be entertained. The food does not come out fast but it is well worth the wait. Not expensive but a bit more costly than we expected it to be.

Thank Ann C
