I have again enjoyed the hospitality of NIcholas and his family at Ageri. Their hospitality goes beyond whats expected from B&B`s all over the world. I love my morning coffee in the quiet surroundings and perfect distance from the town and all the tavernaes and restaurants.
I hired a 4-wheeler to travel around the island and Nicholas showed me the places worth seeing and visiting. Always some surprice from the owners; a bottle of wine or Ouzo, watermelon and other good stuff was often placed in the apartment to show their kindness and hospitality. The apartments are a perfect place to stay for both sun & bath, and going round the island for all the small towns and villages :-)
Thanks for being such good hosts and friends - all at Ageri... Say HI to your mom and dad :-)

Room Tip: They are all fine... depends what you want. Ask....

Following the directions on Tripadvisor and reputation that preceded Milos Ageri, we booked at the end of November for a holiday in June 2013
First I want to say that Milos is a truly dream island with stunning beaches, sunsets that give you the chills and an exquisite restoration work at really low prices.
Now we come to our dear Milos Ageri, what can I say? I find it difficult to express my infinite satisfaction: the hotel is located in Adamas, lovely center island, a stone's throw from the harbor and about 15 minutes drive from the airport, and has about 15 Studios.
The rooms are spacious and equipped with all comforts: fridge, cooking facilities, TV, hairdryer etc. and they are cleaned maniacally. Our Studios was the number 5 and was located upstairs, with a beautiful and comfortable terrace with a very nice view, which is always appreciated. The quality/price ratio is excellent. But the real added value of this beautiful property is the owner, the wonderful Nicholas! A great guy who puts his soul in his work, always at the service of his customers, always ready to give them valuable advice, to indicate them the wonderful beaches that are not on the maps. He waits for you with a cold beer when you come back from the beach, with snacks and traditional breakfasts, with a glass of Ouzo, but especially with his contagious joy, his education, his courtesy and his unselfishness.
We will miss being cuddled by him and his cats, as we have found, as well as a great place, a great friend. Nicholas our door will always be open for you, whenever you will come seeing Italy and Tuscany.
Thank you for everything, thank you for being so welcoming towards us, we'll see you soon my friend! A special thank you to your mother, who has delighted us with her dishes and a greeting to your brother and sister.
A huge embrace for you all.
Lorenzo Claudia and Vittoria.

We stayed here in September. Location was good, in a quiet area a short walk from the harbour. Rooms were spacious, clean and well fitted out. Nicholas, who runs Ageri with his family, was extremely helpful during our stay. We have been visiting Greece for many years and once he had found out our likes (and dislikes!) his advice on beaches, restaurants, sights etc. was first class. Also, wine and treats (his mother is a good cook!) appeared throughout our holiday.
Milos is an island well worth visiting and Ageri is definitely a great place to stay. We hope to return next year.

Nikolas was extremely generous and helpful during our three day stay in September. Upon arrival, he mapped out a very efficient itinerary for us that allowed us to explore all of the hot spots on the island at a leisurely pace. He also provided wonderful restaurant recommendations. The rooms were clean and spacious. Through out our stay, he kindly treated us to water, juice, grapes, his mom's cheese pastries and Turkish cake. It was a welcoming surprise to return to our room after a long day to find various refreshing treats in our fridge. We have never experienced this level of service from a B&B, Nikolas definitely goes above and beyond. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for 5 nights in September. The owner Nikolas definately makes the place. The location is good within walking distance of the harbour and a couple of restaurants even closer on the sea front. Rooms were impeccably clean and a good size and the towels were the softest in Greece!. Cleaned daily and towels and bedding changed regularly. Nikolas helped us hire a car and then gave us excellent recommendations about where to visit and when was the best time to visit those locations. So for example we saw a brilliant sunset on a beach he recommended us to visit specifically for the sunset (better than we later saw in Oia Santorini!). We also visited a couple of other locations we wouldn't have known about without his help.
We arrived late in the evening from Folegandros and Nikolas very kindly bought us fresh melon and two cool beers. The next morning he gave us a light breakfast because he didn't think we would have had chance to buy any provisions. Little treats continued throughout our stay, whether it was a bottle of frozen water or a traditional dessert. Really considerate. Collected from the harbour and delivered there when we left. Thank you Nikolas.

Room Tip: We had a room at the front of the accomodation on the first floor. Good views
