Located at a convenient distance from main road, this place is not hard to reach. Very well maintained it has an ambiance of a cozy house. We stayed with family and preferred ground floor as we have young kids and we wanted to avoid any extra steps (pram and all).
We were allotted a small patio on first floor which accorded us awesome view and good privacy. Host is exceptionally helpful and will provide you with all the information you may need. A lace you can be sure of good view, location.

Our family of four stayed on the third level (Thea Apartment) and the fourth level (The Nest). The view from both patios is spectacular. The interiors are comfortable and very clean. Yiannis is an amazing host. He picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. We really appreciated that he and his house/grounds keeper (also Yiannis) insisted on carrying our luggage down and up the stairs! The host, Yiannis, checked in on us in person and answered our emails/texts straight away, for example when we wanted to arrange a car rental. We are a family ranging from 55 to 80, of probably average health, and got used to the stairs fairly easily. The view was worth the climb!! We were also within easy walking distance of Thira or a very reasonable (7 euro) taxi fare. Great Wifi is you need it. We highly recommend this place - great value and experience!

Tasteful, comfortable accommodations with a spectacular view of the Caldera! Nestled amongst other cave dwellings, it is within walking distance to tavernas, convenience stores and a bus stop. Yiannis was a great host and always just an email or text away. My husband and I highly recommend staying here or at any of Yiannis' properties. You won't be disappointed!
