Tranquilo has managed to create a lovely ambience. It is laid back and quite hippie-ish, comfortable and friendly. The food is good, the salads are incredible! There are some options for vegans, though remind them to hold the parmesan. We often sat on the beach and had drinks from Tranquilo as well.
The staff here are so nice. I would say it's the best bar in Perissa.

Optimal place to relax, next door to typical tourist traps/pushy restaurant waiters.
However, I have tasted much better mojitos. Perhaps just not the Tranquilo specialty.

Possibly the best place to have breakfast in Perissa. The portions are huge and it has a good vegetarian selection. The fresh coffee is tasty. Nice shady spots to sit in the morning and lovely staff.
Did potent pina colada's in the evening too!
One of the best meals I've had whilst in Greece. Tranquilo provides amazing vegetarian options and at cheap prices. The veggie brothers is a must! Definitely recommend!
