We stayed here for 10 days in May. We weren't sure at first whether to stay on the beach side or Fira or Oia, but we are so pleased we picked where we did. Hiroko was full of great information of places to go and when to avoid certain areas. Her breakfasts were fresh and tasty and always served with a lovely greeting and a smile. Spiros was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. We really enjoyed our evening chats with him. The hotel is small, quiet and spotless. Anything you want, you only have to ask and the rooms are beautifully kept by Maria. We would happily recommend this hotel and location to anyone who would ask. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

It's hard to not repeat what has already been said about Hotel Zorzis. We came for 11 nights, in which my wife was turning 30 so we wanted somewhere special. We have stayed in a million hotels and we can honestly say we've never had hosts so amazing as Spiros and Hiroko. They go far and beyond to make your stay that little bit more special. And the pair of them never stop, hence why the place looks so beautiful and the gardens are the nicest in Santorini. Spiros brought 2 jugs of wine to our room on two different occasions which was really kind, and something they don't have to do.
The hotel it self is perfectly situated on the main road in Perissa next to bars, restaurants, super markets and vehicle hire (we hired a quad for 7 days and loved it). We saw lots of people using the bus stop which is literally outside so is good for exploring the island If a quad isn't for you.
The rooms are basic but immaculately clean (Maria does an amazing job every day). Each day there is a breakfast which is basic but a great way to kick start the day and includes delicious Greek yoghurt and honey, fresh fruit, fresh bread, tea and coffee and amazing spinach pastries (addictive) and cake.
The pool area is stunning with a back drop of mountains leading to Ancient Thera (worth a visit) and Spiros is out there early every morning cleaning it.
On my wife's birthday they arranged a lovely meal at Metaxy Mas & left us a bottle of wine with a little post card, it's these little things that keep this hotel no.1.
Would love to come back, and will tell all our friends.

The owners Spiros and Hiroko are kind, helpful and very friendly. we had some really good conversations with them. The location is great and the surrounding areas are stunning. There are some really nice places to eat. This was a fantastic holiday and we hope to return as soon as we can.

Will stay again. Best Hosts in Perissa. Very helpful and will do what you need. Great location away from hustle and bustle. No crime. I loved it and will tell family and friends to stay here and we will be back!

Just returned from a 10 night stay at this wonderful hotel.
We chose this hotel from the reviews on Tripadvisor and were not disappointed at all.
There are lots of positives which have all been reviewed perviously but I would like to repeat some of these which we found worthy of a 5star rating, the bed is huge and very comfortable and Hiroko provided extra pillows on request (had a great nights sleep from day1), the aircon worked well, small balcony with table & chairs (Room 8 with mountain & pool view), plenty of hanging space, safe, kettle, and the room cleaned daily by Maria, she works vey hard keeping both the rooms and all communal areas spotless and I mean Spotless! The towels are changed daily and pool/beach towels are provided.
Breakfast was fabulous, fresh fruit, greek yoghurt, cake, pastries, bread, honey & jams, orange juice and tea or coffee all included!
The pool area was also kept immaculate by Spiros, and unbrellas provided on request, the sunbeds were very comfortable.
The wifi was excellent in both the room and by the pool.
We found the location a real advantage for the Bus stop and Dorians (for cocktails and beer & food from Grandmas!), only a 5 minute walk to the beachfront promenade with over 20 restaurants to choose from, although one of our favourites is only a 3 minute walk.... Gods Garden ( very good value Greek dishes and house Rose wine).
Spiros and Hiroko are genuinely very nice people and you only have to ask and they will help with anything, details from Bus timetable to Cruise ship diaries, places to visit and restaurants for Greek and fish.
I have probably forgotten to mention something but we would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay and explore Santorini from without the crowds of Fira and Oia ( it was quite busy even in May), and also its a little bit cheaper.
Spiros arranged our transfer to the airport both ways, only 25 minutes.
We are considering going back to Santorini and would 100% stay at this hotel
