My wife and I booked this hotel for a 10-day holiday to the sun (4-13 September). We opted for the All Inclusive (AI) package. Here is our review of the hotel (and a bit more).
Reception area
We arrived around 11.00 am and were warmly welcomed by the front-desk staff. They handed us the registration cards and showed us the welcome area where we could have some refreshments. Luckily our rooms had already be cleaned, so we could go up immediately.
Hotel
It is a large, clean hotel, no high rise buildings. There is a bar at the reception level (first floor) where you can also sit outside (nice views of the sea). There is also a bar at the restaurant level (ground floor) but that was closed (probably because it was a bit later in the season). The hotel itself lacks a bit of atmosphere, we found it to be a bit sterile. Some rooms have a private pool or share a private pool (not accessible by other hotel guests).
There is internet at the hotel, one hour free every day, there is also an internet corner (paid). There is also internet access from the room (cabled) which you also have to pay for. But hey, you are on holiday, right?

Room
Very spacious room (we were in 394), including a small sitting area (the couch also transforms into a bed) with a flat screen TV (for Dutch folks: including BVN). Spacious bathroom with a large bad (whirlpool) and a tiny shower cabin (I could fit in, only just, but had to be careful not to accidently shut off the tap). Towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided. For me the bed was comfortable, my wife thought it was a bit firm. Depends on your weight I guess. There is also a mini-bar which is filled once (on arrival) and contains water and some soft drinks. A safe deposit box is also available, free of charge.
Our room had side sea view, which was a blessing in disguise, since that meant we did not have the sun shining into our room. There is also air-conditioning, which was working well.
Restaurant
We only had dinner in the main restaurant (buffet). The AI package also included one dinner at the a-la-carte restaurant, but we didn’t use it. The food at the restaurant was OK, lots of local produce. Attention to detail, although I have to say that the hot food was not always at the optimum serving temperature, so that is something that could be improved on. Included in the AI package was wine, beer and soft drinks, so if you want an aperitif, go to the pool bar first and then have dinner (otherwise you will...More
