We stayed for a week at the end of may, to attend a friends wedding, which was taking place at the hotel. The hotel is a pleasant surprise just a 5min walk from the middle of the run down, tired, resort of faliriki. Although faliriki has changed unless you want nightclubs/bars/tacky shops and only a handful of decent restaurants to choose from i would recommend that you stay in other areas of rhodes eg lindos or rhodes town or maybe down the road in the new 5star resort style hotels that have gone up.

The hotel is modern spacious and the staff are friendly providing a good level of service , the wedding was also very well organised. Despite being full the hotel was always quite around the pool area and in the bars. The hotel seems to cater well for all ages, mainly couples.

Bus - there is a good bus service to rhodes town just outside the hotel which runs regularly every 30mins 2.20each way. There are also busses into lindos or the beaches but running less often.

Rooms - we were in room 393 good size and meets all requirements for a hotel room, it does have a fridge but no wow factor. I would not recommend this room, as others mention soundproofing is not great in the rooms and this room is opposite a lift and main stairs, also if you like to shower, the shower cubical is very small but there is separate bath. I would recommend a room overlooking the pool or maybe one of the ones with a pool.

Pool - nice with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas, towels are also provided, but the water is very cold and the jacuzzi doesn't seem to work.

Bars/restaurants - we were only b&b so can only really comment on breakfast which again is ok all the basic needs and a friendly efficient service.

Spa is ok nothing fancy - pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. they do charge £12 to enter (new price) or you can use the facilities if you book a treatment. The gym is free to use but the machines are limited (2 running , 1 cross trainer, a bike, a rowing machine and weights) and all are very old (10yrs plus)

Beach - the hotel is right on the beach but we are not beach fans so stayed by the pool most days.

Hotel improvements - Rooms increase shower cubical size in room 393, add a full length mirror, better soundproofing in the room, mattress toppers the beds are very firm, make an iron and ironing board available for guest to use (currently if you want to iron anything you need to send it away at a cost of 2 euro per item) gym needs full upgrade and air conditioning, wine please get some nice wine available to purchase by the glass, better orange juice at breakfast, the mixing machine doesn't taste good.

Positives pool area, modern/clean/new facilities, shop on site, staff service levels and hotel management, they work as a team and most seem really happy to help, bus service into rhodes town.

The room we have had was clean and spaceous, noise from the terrace above the room ,was quite audible , scraping of chairs on the floor and walking. We did stay in room 153 with a great vieuw towards the pool.

The bathroom looked a bit wornout the seams were with black mold at the bottom of the shower
The bathroom was smelly, we had to place a towel over the sinckhole in the bathroom floor as a bad odeur came from it, Later on the room attendance did something with it and it approved.

The restaurant was Ok. the food is typical for all in service, which we found disappointing, as we booked halfboard. However we were to eat the All In Food, there is no choice menue for the Non All In Clients.

The wine which we drank by the glass during our meals was mediocre, the red wine has been served way to cold untilI I refused it, after which I received red wine at a decend temperature
The white wine was of a quality I would not serve to my guests. But again here you must follow the quality served to All In Guests. Yet the charge for a single glass of wine was 3.40 euro

My suggestion is : offer more service-products away from the all in concept to your non All In Guests, There is a reason they did not catered for the all in concept.!

Overal aspects: spaceous - lots of empty locations with hollow sounding effects in the big halls. (place some large plants in there for a more frienly effect). Room is good, bed hard, but good. Clean.

Surrounding : the area around the hotel suffers from a lot of deserted empty buildings - shops
and out of business situations (Crisis effect ?)

Staff : pleasant and hard working

Overall : good but could be better, despite the great looks

Very modern, spacious and stylish hotel with a beautiful beach.
Large, bright, comfortable rooms. Beautiful restaurants with great selection of food.
The hotel is in a quiet location, but a nice walk can get you to the effervescent center of the city.

from the moment we enter on the hotel we were surpriced with the amazing view, the building is very nice and the rooms are very clean. It is very close to the center of the city, the only thing I would say it was so la la was the service, they could be nicer.

The hotel is situated between the road and the shoreline and has some 150 rooms.
The hotel is recent and exceptionally well maintained.
Rooms and balconies are spacious and stilishy furnished.
Food is always tasty but especially entrees could show more variety.
The staff is in one word: superb! (And this goes for everyone).
Our room had its own pool, and this is wonderful.

However!!! If you are the kind of person who likes to play music by the pool, place your towel on sunbeds at 6 a.m. or go to dinner in slippers, T-shirts or shorts, please stay away! You will not be happy here and you will make the other guests unhappy as well! The staff are not monkeys and they expect mutual respect.

Excellent design, spacious, light luxurious and very clean. Rooms are spacious, pool area is spacious and so are other areas in and around. A breath of fresh and luxury. Good selection of food at meals. Excellent kip-fit programme. Every room has a large balcony.
One question that puzzles me is why is the SPA so expensive fort guests. Just a swim and sauna is £15 per person per day- really? We have not seen a sole using it in 10 days.
Oh, and why the guest (even those on all incl.) have to pay £4 per person per day to use beach loungers, while the towels and ones around the pool are free. It mainly affects families as kids prefer to play by the water. Even at the very end of season? Why?

Room Tip: All rooms with partial sea view are good.
