From our arrival at the front desk, to checking out, always tearful I might add, it is truly a wonderful experience. The beauty of the property, the rooms, and the lobby, makes a very comfortable stay. But what always bring us back is the friendliness, and hospitality of the staff who go above and beyond to make us feel very special. Whether it is the food and service in the dinning rooms, or at the snack bar at the beach, it's wonderful, especially the Greek dishes we love. And then there is Mina's boutique with not only gorgeous clothes, accessories, and handbags, but delightful service from Mina herself. We will always stay at Hotel Blue Sea, our paradise on Rhodes.

Room Tip: Book early . The pool view rooms are plentiful

Can not forget this hotel :) I have been here with my family YEARS ago and it was one of our best vacations! I loved the hotel, all-inclusive for totally worth it, the beach was awesome. I know many things can change after so many years, but I would return to this hotel to refresh my memories. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Blue Sea hotel for 7 days in July. We had ultra all inclusive service, and we exactly got what we payed for. The rooms were nice and clean, sevice was excellent, staff was very friendly,Sophia at the reception desk is a very kind and helpful lady, and the others were also nice! Pools were clean, water was pleasant .The beach was also very clean , and sandy. We checked other hotel's beaches up thill hotel Alila, but i have to say our hotel's beach was the best!!!! The food was good and tasty, sometimes repetitive, but were else not??? They had chicken, pork, fish, rabbit, fruits, lots of vegetables, pasta, potato ,rice, all u can imagine! good location, close to Rhodes town, and Lindos . I would definitely go back!!! Thansk for the hungarian staff too, that they were so nice and kind!!!

After reading the reviews on this property we were looking forward to a nice 11 night vacation. We booked a room with a king bed and the breakfast/dinner package in the main building on the top floor. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were told we would be in a side building on the second floor. When we protested this, a room in the main building on the top floor appeared and we were pleased, until we got to the room and saw twin beds. We reported this to the desk and the beds were pushed together with a sheet to hold them together with a gap in the middle. We did not complain further. The food that was served during breakfast was not bad quality just poor preparation. The "soft boiled" eggs were very under cooked, along with the bacon the entire stay and when I tried to ask for more cooking the workers would just stare at me. I guess they didn't understand English. We were not pleased with the flies all over the food inside the buffet area. This problem was tended to near the end of our stay. Needless to say we only ate breakfast and only items that did not need attention. We ate one dinner, the balance of our meals were at outside establishments. We had a difficult time getting four bath towels for our room including one day we received no towels. That was taken care of near the end of our stay. Other than Mercury and Anna Marie at the main desk we had a difficult time getting things accomplished. We requested a safe and Internet to the morning desk people but after a day not receiving this Mercury was able to take care of this in approx. 5 minutes or less. The regular bartender at the pool bar was not able to make two drinks on their menu and had a poor attitude when I questioned why. I found out later from the inside bartenders that all of the bars are stocked and all of the drinks should be available. The management did send a small cake and a note on my birthday since several issues occurred on that day and hoped it would change our vacation and mood. After the second day we only utilized the hotel for sleeping. The manager requested a meeting at 10am on our departure morning but was not available and the front desk didn't know how long he would not be available. There were other issues that occurred but I hope what happened to us was not the norm. We were offered an upgrade to a superior room but we were not complaining to get something we didn't pay for and turned it down. The total amount of issues were enough that we asked them to issue us a refund and we would go to another hotel for the remainder of our vacation if they could not get their act together.
In closing if it wasn't for the attitudes and the service issues we would have considered a return trip to this location but there are too many other choices in the area.

Great hotel, really good service the people are very hospitable and its not even expensive.
There is a lot of entertainment every night if you like. The food is good. Really nice bed finally a hotel with good mattrass!
From your bed to the swimming pool, 20 seconds further is the sea with a great view.
I will definitely go there next year!
