Room: We had a double room. There was plenty of space. We could hang wet towels on the balcony - very useful, because they dried really fast due to the warm and windy conditions.
Food: Large breakfast and dinner buffet with a great variety of components to choose from. There was always some really great stuff available.
Service: The waiter was very friendly and also authentic. The chef de service often seemed somewhat detached or slightly annoyed.
Cleanliness: Room service simply did a great job. The rest of the hotel was very clean at all times, too. What's more, the lounge looks just like on their website, is cooled and many of the comfortable chairs and sofas are available no matter when.
Beach: Very beautiful and clean. It can be hard to find deck chairs that are not yet taken, though.
Other:
There is a small artificial river that enables you to go around in circles on inflatable rings. There are only few of these rings, however. On the plus side, you can sit at the bar on bar stools that are in the artificial river, which flows past the bar.
You can get a massage, a haircut, or something from the shop in the lowermost floor. Also, sports and entertainment units are offered on a daily basis. No need to go anywhere if you don't want to.

Room Tip: A graden view room comes with noise from the street as well as from the (permanent) fair right acros...

This is generally a good hotel with excellent facilities, located right at the beach. Breakfast selection was great. This might be a perfect choice for elderly couples and families with small children, thanks to extensive facilities.

First thing we noticed was the absence of double rooms. When one asks for a double bed, it ends up being two single beds put together. To make things worse - beds tend to roll away from each other during the night. Elevators in the hotel are pathetic, extremely slow, and if you are not located on top floors, may we suggest you take a walk up or down the stairs. The main reason we chose this hotel was the fact it was located right at the beach. This ended up being a mistake, as the beach is quite bad, with huge stones in the water and industrial-looking sand and medium stones at the beach.

Would have been nice to book a higher standard of room, but none available. For the money, the room was more than suitable for our needs, but a little on the small side. View is great and the activities around the hotel day and night are great. Our daughter loved staying here with the waterpark within walking distance. Service was reasonable, but not overly friendly. Breakfast buffet was huge with lots of variety, but quality was lacking. Would definitely return because of the hotel facilities and location. Beach and pool area was excellent.

Good hotel, very good location - directly to the beach. In the nights - entertainments - when the weather was good, it was OK - in Paradise Bar near to the the beach, but when the weather was cold - the hall was small and dark. The rooms were spaces and clean, We had half board, the service in the restaurant was good. Especially our waiter Dimitrius was very easygoing and quick.

Very clean and well equipped hotel right on the beach.
We were the only English at this hotel (which suits me fine), but if you have an un rational fear of German or Russians then maybe best avoided.
Food was excellent, and of overall highly recommended.

Excellent service, very friendly and polite staff. Very rich buffet breakfast of top taste, variety, and quality . The same applies for dinner buffet. The lazy pool river was very relaxing. A lot of entertainment during the day and thus very good for children.
The only negative remark i could make is the need for better maintenance of the gardens. The lifts. Need recondition to become faster.
