Wonderful hotel, somewhat off the beaten path, in the old city of Rhodes. The owner, John, has though of every detail to provide you with a lovely stay - comfortable beds, in-room wi-fi and fridges (with complementary bottles of water, restocked each day), robes and slippers, fantastic breakfast, including fresh juice and cappuccino, both savory and sweet pastries, great muesli, Turkish rice pudding, cheeses, etc. John met our ferry, dragged our bags to the hotel and back to the ferry several days later, made our onward ferry reservation...provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Really, I can't say enough about John and his hotel. A true gem. We hope to return again some day.

Room Tip: We sayed in the Raimondo room, but any of the three rooms here would be great.

Zacosta Villa is an amazing boutique hotel that manages to be a little slice of paradise! John is a wonderful host that met us in the Medieval City, carried our luggage all the way back, gave us a free room upgrade, and let us in early, and this was so very much appreciated as I got ill from the choppy Hydrofoil ride. His hospitality doesn't end there - he is a wealth of knowledge for things to see and do, and places to eat. He also gave us lovely hats, and drove us to the bus on our last day. The hotel itself is splendid! The rooms have comfortable beds and look into the quiet and private courtyard, the bathrooms are wonderful with all amenities, and the breakfast is delicious and amply generous with a variety of foods to try. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again as it is the perfect location to explore Rhodes with the perfect host to help! Thank you for everything John.

What a great hotel!

We loved our stay at Zacosta - John was so friendly and helpful. He lugged our luggage from the ferry and then in check in, found that because it was vacant, he put us up in the suite.

The villa is very clean, luxurious, and central - great for popping back to drop your shopping in while seeing the city.

The villa itself is very cool and calm and a great escape from the bustle of Rhodes.

Only wish we had stayed there another night.

Zacosta is just perfect for a holidday in Rhodes. John is a brilliant host and looked after us so well. The rooms are lovely and I am missing the delightful breakfasts already. We loved sitting in the courtyard after a trip out, it is a true oasis.

Room Tip: suites are the best

It was just as all the reviews suggested.
We got what was promised and we were very, very happy.
A great place for discovering the town and island of Rhodes and the adjoining islands.
You can even plan for a trip over to Turkey.
Thank you John, you were the perfect host, we will see you again.

Room Tip: Three room to choose from, each were well presented. Obviously the larger upstairs room is the bigger and has more features and this is reflected in the price.
