Basic, clean place to crash if you just want somewhere to sleep. Owner is there 6-9 in the evening. Our room was very small and the crockery minimal so cooking anything was not an option. Have to pay for air con and if you flight is in the middle of the night your package probably doesn't include the room the day/eve you fly so you can have the room for an extra €25 which you would need if you fly out at 4am.

The rooms here are spacious and clean, the hotel owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location was nice. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The hotel is close to the beach with good restaurants all around and supermarkets just a short walk down the street. It is located on a small side street so it is close to the main road but away from noisy traffic, so it was surprisingly quiet. The air conditioning and wifi worked very well and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. If I had to say anything could be changed, it would just be that the doors are a bit loud when people go in and out of their rooms, but other than that everything was perfect and we would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed at the Blue Roses this summer and was given a room on the ground floor. It was immaculately clean on arrival and was cleaned several times during our stay with the bins emptied daily. The room was enormous by studio standards which was useful as my daughter had a smaller studio on the first floor and was able to join us in the evenings. If you are looking for a quieter holiday, away from the touristy hotels then I recommend this place. It's a 2 minute walk to the main road with regular buses and taxis to the airport and Rhodes Town. Although it's a busy road we weren't aware of any intrusive traffic noise. Staff were extremely friendly.

Hi! I just spent 2 weeks in this welcoming place. The owner Theo is very very nice, always trying to help giving really accurate advices, his english is excellent! I had a quiet room as I requested and it was very very clean! Air conditioning was quiet and really appreciated as it was 30C outside during the night! There was a small kitchen as I really like to cook for myself some healthy food - super market is 5 min walking distance. Internet is fast and free. You can take a bus to go anywhere, it is not far at all! I would come back here anytime! Cheers! Marie-Soleil, kitesurfer from Canada.

Room Tip: It was perfect and did fit my expectations!

We needed one night to stay before leaving Rhodes after a conference, and to be closer to the airport. I chose this from Hotels.com. which had favourable comments. We had a studio for 22 Euros. Couldn't go wrong! It was very roomy with a comfortable bed, en-suite shower and toilet, with cooking facilties and a fridge, and wifi. Our room overlooked a generally quiet street with a pleasant view. Down the end was a restaurant at which we ate and got a good meal. There is no elevator so we had to climb a flight of stairs to get to our room. However, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful, with suggestions of restaurants. We had to leave at 5.30am for our flight, so he arranged a taxi to pick us up. It was very punctual. The only drawback is that it is about 100m up the side street from the main road between Rhodes and the airport, so we heard quite a bit of traffic noise, especially the numerous bikes and scooters that prevail. It didn't help that we didn't sleep well, the sleep of all travellers that know they have to get up very early in the morning, and don't want to miss the connection. Unfortunately, the area is far removed from all scenic and historic attractions, but if you had a car there would not be a problem. For the money it was excellent value, and I had no major complaints. It was clean and the reception friendly and helpful - a good start in any accommodation.

Room Tip: Maybe it would be quieter at the back of the apartments?
