We spent our holidays in hotel Atrium Platinum from 28.7 to 4.8.2011. We were surprise by the high level of service and quality of the rooms. We would like to thanks especially for excellent service by Christos and his team, mainly Marketa and Vera. In the case we will travel to Rhodos in the future we will definitely stay in this hotel again. We can strongly recommend this hotel for your holidays. Best regards from Martin and his family from Prague.

We spent seven days in this brilliant hotel that had just opened last June. Our impressions were nothing but the best. It’s a brand new hotel with a modern decoration, with spacious areas and comfortable rooms with huge bathrooms. Fully equipped with anything a five star hotels needs. Free WI-FI access, lovely Spa with all the high quality services available, including Turkish Hamam and a lot of face and body treatments. The pool is really huge and you can easily find free umbrella’s and sun loungers. The staff was exceptionally polite and friendly in all the services, starting from the reception up to the five restaurants and the pool bar. The hotel is only a quarter by foot from the town centre and approximately 20 min from the Old Town, which is a must-visit location. The hotel has several parts that were slightly incomplete, since some rooms were unfinished. Thankfully, this passed almost unnoticed to us because there was no work in progress, opposed to what we’ve read from a couple of reviews before our arrival.

In short, an amazing holiday in an outstanding hotel.

This is a brand new hotel, so of course, the whole facility was very updated and new. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a great view of the pool , ocean and sunsets. The pool area was one of the best features and though the beach was just steps away across the street, we opted to stick by the pools. Drinks poolside were a little weak, but overall service was spectacular throughout.

Breakfast was included in our package and the selection every morning was very good - ranging from traditional Greek to American omelets and waffles, etc...

Since we were pretty far outside of Rhodes tpwn, we We opted to rent a car and navigating
through Rhodes was more challenging than we expected. There were some restaurants at the hotel, but we never tried them. Also some local spots within walking distance.

This was the final leg of our Greece trip, so sitting by the pool all day was exactly what we were looking for. A very nice facility. Would be great for meetings!

Room Tip: Rooms on 7 and above have glass on their balconies for better view.

Dear valued Guest,

Thank for having taken the time to share your Atrium experience with the readers of tripadvisor.
I was delighted to read that you have very much enjoyed your stay with us.

Thank you as well for mentioning the facilities of the hotel in detail, such as the spectacular pool area as well as our breakfast buffet.

The Atrium Platinum is located 3km away from the city center of Rhodes and it can be really challenging to drive in town, especially for the first time. Therefore we always recommend the public transportation system like taxis and busses, which is a affordable choice as well.

We are really looking forward to welcome you again at the Atium Platinum Luxury Resort Hotel in Rhodes, Greece in the not to distant future.

Kind Regards

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff were wonderful and make you feel very welcome. Considering that they have only been open a couple of weeks, they are doing a great job. The restaurant manager greets each guest. It is a more modern hotel which I suspect is why some people say it is not a 5 star but I disagree. The beds are really comfortable - generally Greek beds are hard but they have really nice comfortable beds. The service is 5 star and so is the rest of the hotel - just modern decor - a wonderful find so close to Rhodes town. A taxi to and from Rhodes town only costs $8 (or $10 if you book it) and you can walk, admittedly not a short walk but you do walk off the delicious breakfast calories. If you want to relax and be pampered try their sister hotel, the Atrium Prestige but it is more than an hour away from Rhodes town (worth the drive). The Platinum is perfect if you want to spend time in Rhodes Town. We will be back again.

Room Tip: Private splash pool is worth the indulgence.

Excellent, spacious rooms, overlooking a complex pool structure, with beautiful sea view. Variety of restaurants and bars, very good quality and variety breakfast buffet. Cleaning service twice a day. Young staff, polite and eager to please. High quality beds. Bathroom amenities could be of better quality.

We had our family holidays this year in Rhodes! We chose the hotel due to the positive comments on the tripadvisor site and we have not regretted it! The hotel is in full operation, although some floors are still under construction! The main asset of the Atrium Platinum though is the young staff! The manager, the reception manager, all the people in the restaurant, the chef who was outside giving information about the food, even the two girls at the mini market were representing the greek hospitality! My son, 9 years old, was playing table tennis and pool activities with the two members of the animation team.
We have found "our hotel" in Rhodes, and we are looking forward to see the full project in 2012!

We love you all!

Gana P.
