I can only join the positive reviews submited here before. This is a high standards hotel in a good location and friendly helpfull staff. Here are some remarks to help future visitors:

1) The side facing the pool and the street offers suites and deluxe rooms. It's a bit noisy with vehicles passing. The double glazing windows solve that problem, if they are closed.
2) Aircon in the room was not strong enough.
3) Bathroom (in deluxe room) is small.
4) Breakfast: There was no substitude to cow milk, such as soy drink, rice drink, etc. Sorry for being so picky, but that's something I would have expect from a hotel in this standard.
~
Food options around the hotel
1) Cafe in the public park, 50 m. south of the hotel . This pleasant place is combined with a playground. Great for kids. Food was average. Location: Parko Dimokratias, corner of Fereou and Navarinou streets.
2) Wonder bar and restaurant. 100 m. north of the hotel, on the corner of Fereou and El. Venizelou streets. Haven't check it but said to be of high quality.
3) Further north to the busy downtown streets there are numerous options.Takes about 5 minutes by walking. We enjoyed a meal in a restaurants with an English sign "Greek home cooking". On the corner of Diakou and Sof. Venizelou streets.

Room Tip: rooms on the front (facing east) are more noisy Bathroom in deluxe rooms is small

Perfect Location, very friendly staff all over the place.
We booked a Suite and space was more than generous, 2 balconies. a smily friendly welcome at reception with a lot of Information provided.
Breakfast was great, real tasty coffee ( not the tastyless coffee you receive in many places ), huge buffet breakfast.
Only negative Point : the Minibar was not cold, but hot ( technical failure ). But ice cubes were arranged by bar staff immediately.

If you want a luxury hotel close to the old town of Rhodes, look no further. A short walk to the D'Amboise gate into the old town, the location is ideal. We stayed in a recently refurbished suite which was the best we have ever stayed in in Greece. The breakfast was superb and the staff friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area is elegantly designed and the planted areas are tastefully designed and well maintained. We did not eat dinner in the hotel, but only because we liked the choice of restaurants and atmosphere of eating out in the old town. This is only a small luxury hotel and I wouldn't think it very suitable for families with children, but we couldn`t fault it.

Room Tip: A suite overlooking the pool would be best but any room here would be good

We visited Rhodes in 2011 and stayed near the beach. The beach was overcrowded and disappointing so on our return in August 2013 we decided to stay near the old town and the park. The hotel is centrally located, is a smaller luxury hotel with a quiet elegant atmosphere -very relaxing. It is opposite a large park with lots of greenery-very nice in the August heat. Good pool and outdoor area-not overcrowded and a good place for a coffee or cocktail after exploring all day. This hotel is located very close to the top entrance to old town and also to shops and restaurants in the new town area. We were upgraded tb a suite with a large balcony overlooking the park. The breakfast in the hotel was wonderful with a good selection of breakfast food. Only criticism of hotel was that the airconditioning did not deal with the August heat very well. Felt hot in our room even with air-con.
Overall a lovely experience and would return to this hotel if travelling to Rhodes.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the park are very pleasant.

Rodos is not the typical Greek island, all white houses and blue water. It is an island with a lot of history and staying at Rodos Park Hotel allows the visitor to stay close to the walled old city and explore everything on foot. The hotel itself is lovely, staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms are well appointed and spacious, the pool area is very nice with an outdoor bar and restaurant and the spa is actually terrific with good service and good products.
Rodos Park is also close enough to the newer part of Rodos where one can go to restaurants, bars and clubs, but it's the proximity to the Old City that makes it a perfect spot.

Room Tip: Junior suites overlooking the front, the street is very quiet.

Stayed for a week at the Rodos Park which we picked for location (excellent) - minutes from Rhodes old town. We had a standard room overlooking the archeological remains at the back of the hotel. I agree with an earlier reviewer who was in the room next to ours (we stayed in 317) that the room was 'tired', the bathroom was extremely small and had not been updated for some time (stained bath/grubby shower). Would have been nice to have been offered upgrade as other visitors seem to have been and the hotel wasn't full. The rest of the hotel is lovely - great reception area/pool/pool bar area and roof bar. Prices what you expect from 5 star hotel. We only had breakfast where there was a wide selection of 'continental' stuff but not much choice if you are after an English breakfast. Praise goes to all the staff we met - bar/waitressing staff in particular at the pool and roof bar (Anna is exceptional). I would like to mention the 'free drink voucher' which is misleading. You are given a free drink on arrival which is a nice touch, however, you assume from the free drink voucher that you will just hand it in at a bar and get a free drink. It doesn't work like that - you need to buy a drink and then get you next drink free. Poor Anna had to explain this to most customers! Overall a great holiday!

Room Tip: Be prepared for standard rooms to be small. Back rooms overlook archeological remains, front the po...

The Rhodes Park is simply a lovely hotel. It is not "superb" or "magnificent", but it is very well located, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. The pool is beautiful and I felt I was in a very secluded area even if it is in the center of the city, because I was surrounded by beautiful old trees. The music at the pool was "perfect" for me "classic rock! The room, a junior suite was perfectly adequate, the bathroom was pretty small.
