Outstanding "boutique" hotel.
Excellent overall: very friendly, extremely clean and well kept, excellent service' very good location. It is not cheap, but you get the best value for your money

This is definitely hotel geared towards the business traveller, with an outside pool and in the quiet location yet close to the Old Town.

Depending whether your room was at the front (large, with balcony) or at the back (cramped, tiny bathroom, overlooking the ancient ruins) you felt like you were at either excellent four star establishment or a very average three star one. The discount on the three star rooms does not reflect the chasm between the two.

We liked the drawing room to the side of the reception with its classic furnishing. The pool was excellent, typically empty (that at the height of the season) - this was epitomised by the sporadic bar service.

Dining room plainly was furnished yet quite functional. Breakfast selection was tasty but not overly diverse. The Galaxy Bar on the roof was great for that last drink of the night with superb views over the Old Town.

Staff were very efficient and well used to satisfying the most quirky demands from the guests. Internet, in common with the rest of Greece, was charged for.

Staying at the Rodos Park you had the impression the hotel was casting its net very wide to attract the custom (there was a tango club session one evening at the pool bar, or birthday party at another) to some detriment of its guests. Very efficient operation indeed but one without that human, friendly feel we all like at holidays.

My husband and I stayed at Rodos Park for three nights in August 2010. It was a last minute reservation and the reception and staff were very accomodating and welcoming. The hotel is decorated in a contemporary fashion, and was recently renovated. It is located in Rhodes town on a quiet street a couple of blocks away from the medieval city. The hotel has a beautiful pool and the beach is a 10 minute walk. A wonderful buffet breakfast is included. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

If you want a small, very friendly Hotel to relax and be pampered in, then this is the place for you. The staff here are just great - courteous, friendly and knowledgeable - nothing is too much trouble. The Hotel is perfectly situated for Rhodes Old Town and the Harbour/Marina area, from where there are numerous boat trips to take (and the small train trip to the New Town - approx 45 minute round trip). The only minor criticism is that the Hotel food and drink is incredibly expensive, with a club sandwich costing around 18 euros. You can get cheaper out and about, although there is no doubting the quality in the Hotel. However, with a smaller Hotel, there is not the usual stampede at breakfast and so you can relax completely. The room we had was a basic double and it was spotlessly clean, plenty of fresh towels and hot water, smashing chambermaids, and always a sweet treat waiting for you in the evening such as turkish delight, meringue or belgian chocolate. A comfy bed and working air conditioning meant a good night's sleep too. All in all, although an expensive Hotel, we felt it was really well worth the extra and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Just got back from a wonderful week at the Rodos Park. Not sure what one or two reviewers were moaning about the location being far from the beach. It is NOT a beach hotel, but is really well located just 5 minutes from the old town, surely what all its leisure customers go for.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and couldn't be faulted.Everyting about the hotel from bright, clean rooms to the excellent breakfast buffet, was excellent.

This is not my first reveiw of this hotel, but in the 2 years since my last I thought it was important to note a few things. The hotel is a Small leading Hotel of the world..it has recently been revamped and it has a great location. New additions... a rooftop bar called Galaxy..refurbed outdoor facilities, and rooms seem upgraded.

The hotel staff are excellent...very professional and courteous and efficient. Anastasia, the concierge was excellent and very helpful. The pool at the hotel is its best feature...after a hot day touring, it is a great relief in a great garden. The spa is excellent..however guests should not have to pay 10 euros to use the gym...though guests do get a discount on spa services.

the downside...the food at breakfast and at lunch (at the pool side restaurant) is below par. Breakfast is boring..and the cereal we had was stale. Also, the dining room is a very bland environment. At night it might seem better...but overall the impression is bland and empty. At night the pool bar is a sushi bar w/ DJ in the summer. If your room faces the pool..be warned. Noisy. Best to ask for the view of the ruins in the back.

Hotel housekeeping is excellent...but, we stayed in two different rooms...and both were a little frayed at the edges..some damp in the bath of one, and peeling wall paper in the other. the carpet is odd..and best to use the slippers provided.

Overall, the hotel location and staff service more than make up for the small drawbacks...one gets the feeling it is the only business hotel in town and for a business man/woman it is perfect.

Stayed at the Rodos park Suites for onlt one night - wish it could have been more. The hotel is well located for both the Rhodes old (5 mins walks) and new towns. Prices were reasonable for the service received.

From the moment we arrived we were treated as true guests: all hotel staff we came into contact with were helpful and polite. No request was too much and each staff member went out of their way to assist if needed or if they felt the guest would like additional assistance. All staff are able to assist with comprehensive and useful tourist advice.

Rooms were clean and comfortable with decent views of either Rhodes Old Town or an archaelogical dig behind the hotel. Room size was standard for this class of hotel in Europe. The hotel pool is easy to use, although it appears some people from outside the hotel treated it as their own too. Only had breakfast in the hotel (very good and tasty) along with drinks on the roof top bar - well worth it for the views of Rhodes old town.

Overall a recommended hotel withadditional comforts and friendly staff.
