After reading a lot of bad reviews on here I was worried about this hotel and the food but as we got this holiday really cheap we thought we could always eat out or cook if it was really bad. The food was really good I couldnt fault it there was loads of choice (no chips the whole time we were there) there was about five different salad dishes every night which changed most nights. Lots of meat and vegetable dishes and pasta, even a different chinese dish every night. We went with our children aged 12 and 9 and two friends. In the mornings the kids kept having pancakes and fried eggs which I got a bit addicted to as well they are cooked fresh every morning by (who we called pancake man) the kids even went to shake his hand when we left as they loved having them in the mornings. there was also cereal, meats cheeses etc and natural greek yoghurt with honey which was the best yoghurt I have ever had. There is also a huge balcony with about 40 tables outside. I think we went just outside the season as there was no entertainment in the evenings but we are not interested in that anyway as we like to have a walk or have a drink and chat. We stayed for 10 nights and there was one night of Brazilian dancers which was good. There was a few things on in the day like football for the kids but not a lot. We had a car and went out every day so again this didnt bother us. The kids did make a lot of friends at the hotel and they really enjoyed it there they met kids from Sweden, Denmark and Holland. The only problem I think was everyone was saving sunbeds with towels but I think if you were up by about 8.30 - 9am and put your own out then you would be ok. We would get back by about 3 - 4 in the afternoon and always managed to find beds free ( I think they had had enought by then). I would say the best staff were serving in the bar that is at the pool they made up drinks for us as well which werent on the menu. Accommodation was very good and clean our beds were made up every day and room cleaned. We will go back one day as we really did get value for money. I would say this does live up to its 4 stars.

well, tha bad things: the look of the hotel is dirty, the outside playground for kids is horror and dangerous, very much noise inside the hotel, food good but everyday the same, we have to wait a lot to eat, and it was hard to find a table, the pools are small, the beach from the hotel was dirty and full of stones, the hotel is far away from bus station.
The good things: the island is beautifull if you leave the hotel, the food is good, the rooms are big, cleaning is ok but not perfect. We don't meet any bugs, but mosquitos. It's a hotel for big families , there were a lot of children and that way is noise. Is your decizion.

Our first all inclusive hotell i Greece. Don´t go there if you want to relax and enjoy your meals. We have been to Side, Turkey a couple of times,it´s so much better, no bugs, much better food, much nicer staff and they clean the hotellrooms and poolareas very well.

We stayed for 2 weeks with a 10 year old and 2 x 17 year olds. Our holiday didn't start well as they did not have a room available when we arrived and sent us up the road to the sister hotel - which was beautiful but smelled of drains very badly. We were found a room the next day and really shouldn't have moved, the hotel was very full and you find yourself getting up at crack of dawn for sunbed, then trying to set you day to the best times go for meals and this to me is not a holiday. The food was fine while we were there, the mosquirtoes are terrible and the hotel is definitely international but as there are many brits who cannot behave on holiday don't expect people from other countries to be any different. The entertainment is shockingly rubbish and the drinks are not vey good - even if it is self service. However the rooms are very large and well cleaned and the staff are friendly, especially the guy on the pool bar who is lovely.
The beach is like Beirut but the views and sunsets are stunning. The town is expensive but a really nice place to walk around in the evening. It is very close to Rhodes town centre which is fabulous. All in all a very mixed review i know but it was a strangely split holiday. I will never again go to the Forum Beach but i absolutely have fallen in love with Rhodes!!

The forum beach hotel was one of the best hotels to stay in and it does live up to its 4* rating. i dont know what you are all moaning about you just must be picky. and for the people who's husband was diabetic why did you need to walk into the town when where literally was a shop next to the hotel? The entertainment was great... food was also great, the rooms where of an excellent standard, lesuire activites were great all 4 pools where great. Faultless hotel great holiday.
