I came to this restaurant for dinner during a weekend in the Amalfi Coast with my girlfriend.
After having read positive comments on Tripadvisor, we decided to give it a try...

Location: huge covered/open terrace on the sea
Food: really delicious!
Cost: really fair.. I paid less than 25€ per person (2 different big serving of pasta with fish, 1 big serving of fried squid&shrimps, 2 bottles of water)
Staff: friendly, welcoming and kind (they offered us a little appetizer and "limoncello")

You can't miss this place!

“Great place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 April 2013 via mobile

The view is perfect for a romantic meal. The food was excellent, especially the mussells soup. The pasta and the ravioli were fantastic. The service was friendly and polite. When we came to pay , we were surprised that it wasn't expensive. Worth the drive from Amalfi because of the road view, and the restaurant itself.

We ate at the restaurant at this location called "Lo Scrivano"

The view is magnificent. The room is cozy.
We went here because our tour guide told us to. We were not let down. If you have a chance to go here it is well work the drive.

The view alone could of made it worth while.

We had bruchetta. To die for. Definitely not like anything I tasted in the US. They do it right here.

The mozzarella tomato salad was very good.

We had an eggplant pasta dush (we did not have a menu so I don't know the right name). For someone who does not like eggplant it was wonderful. It changed my mind about not liking eggplant.

As if that was not enough we. Also had a bass type fish. Breaded with lemon. Very tasty but not crazy about picking out fish bones and seeing the fish head on my plate.

Hubby had a procuttio sliced on bed of mixed greens and mozzarella.

We split a cream cake. Good but I was way to full to enjoy it. Of course with a shot of lemoncella.

Beer included and the price was only 25 Euro each.

Service was very timely and pleasant. She understood English.
