This has to be the worst hotel room I have slept in. Out of date, chintzy curtains, ancient carpet - badly in need of a makeover and nothing like the room they shown on their website - oh and a bathroom you couldn't turn in - never again.

The four of us had a bad experience in Dublin. My sisters bag was stolen with our trip money. We were welcomed to Lawlor's with open arms. Our stay was wonderful and the food was great. When we were ready to check out there was no charge. It warmed our hearts. We will always love the people if Ireland for their caring and compassion.

I do alot of travelling around ireland with work and this has been one of the pooriest hotels i have stayed in for a long time, It is a hotel in need of a revamp, the rooms are shabby with old worn out decor. The breakfast in the hotel is terrible the toast was like toast that was toasted the night before and the coffee was like tar, the irish breakfast was luke warm at best. However the staff seemed friendly enough. its Definitely not worth 50 euro a night b and b.

There were four of us who stayed here and we were treated so cordially and with such friendship that we all want to return! Our meals were delicious and everyone involved, including the hotel's owner, was wonderful.

I arrived two days ago. Actually i'm still a visitor in the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are all right. The room is clean and more then sufficient. ( desk, seats, free WiFi... ) .Everyday everything is spotless. I have really nothing to complain about. And all this at a reasonable price. Maybe some people had a bad experience but I certainly have not. No doubt I will book this hotel again if I have to be in Dungarvan again.
