We visited on a rain filled afternoon during a recent family visit. We had 4 children with us from 15 to 8 years old.( our Grandchildren) My husband and I have not been bowling for 30 years and I was not looking forward to it.
We were made to feel very welcome from the start. They went to great effort to make sure that we all had correctly fitting shoes and then put up sides on the bowling alley so that the kids balls would not keep going down the gulleys.
The staff were very friendly and we ordered drinks which were brought to us. We just had to press the buzzer for more drinks. At the end of the time we had not quite finished our match so they gave us more time without charging ( Just enough time to finish our game)
You can also eat there. They have gourmet which is a hot plate on which you can cook little pieces of meat, veg or even fruit. In the winter they have an open fire.
We all enjoyed it very much and went back another time later in the week. Fairly reasonable charges for what proved to be a fun filled afternoon. ( 20 Euros for an hour) Kept all the kids happy without costing a fortune
Would think in the evening it would be a great place for adults. Something different. It reminded me of how bowling alleys used to be in England when I was a teenager.
