Good base for Cornwall with lots to see and do nearby Park is a bit run down and need of updating but it was cheap the food on site was good and nightly entertainment was ok I would say a good base for a family that doesn't want to spend a fortune on accommodation up want a base to visit Cornwall

I havejust returned from here with my family. We stayed in a bungalow,it looked like it had not been cleaned or painted from last year. There is no shop and no takeaway and the brochure doesnot tell you about taking pound coins for the electricity. The room had a broken grill, no smoke alarm broken lights and no mirror. The bathroom had a revolting toilet brush. We did get a mirror though. Even the grass had not been cut. The paint was peeling from everything.
The smell of damp was horrendous. The entertainers worked hard they were brilliant.

I turned up at 4pm today and I'm thrilled looking forward to my families long weekend. The accomidation is lovely not 5 star but what I paid for. Food A**** never have I had food to that quality. Staff are amazing very happy to help. Children's play park my 2 year old loves. All in all quality for money with easy access to attractions.

Basic accommodation, great on-site facilities staff go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. Kids club is great the crew really make an effort to entertain. On site meals are good value. Top marks for value for money.

After reading bad reviews honestly felt v worried. Called ahead to check if I didnt like chalet was there availability to be moved they said yes and were v helpful. Chalet was no 93 a manor bungalow. Clean, tidy, good sized rooms, bedding smelt fresh, beds and sofa bed comfortable only thing that didn't work was kitchen light which they put new bulb in as soon as told reception. Yes paint on outside was peeling u could see theyd painted over mould stained paint in some window areas. But it was clean and to the standard of a budget caravan. Entertainment faultless, staff v friendly welcoming and helpful. Pool v good, food excellent all cooked fresh. Prices good, surroundings v nice and quiet. Central to visiting places. Constatine bay a must visit and neughbouring bay. Restormel castle a good cheap visit and old inn at st breward good Sunday carvery. Overall great stay. Honestly wouldnt pay full price but this is simply down to older style less luxurious accomodation and small site but for a sun holiday was perfect.

Stayed here for three nights with the sun holidays vouchers. Definitely need a car if going here because the holiday park is at least a 20 minute drive away from the closest town.

The room was not great. Biggest downside was the fact there was no shower. We had the shower head you connect to your taps but it wasn't working and just came out cold. Ended up buying a jug from asda to wash my hair! Dirty bath so washed ourselves standing up using the sink.

Overall the room was very basic but we spent every day offsite and only used it for a place to sleep.

Ate on the site the first night. Food was really nice for a good price. But drinks were quite expensive.

If you're planning on using the holiday park just as a place to sleep all night then don't let the bad reviews put you off. Definitely better off going out all day and seeing Cornwall as there's not much going on on site.

Chalets need updating desperately but manor house entertainment good and entertainers work tirelessly with kids, overall chalets OK if you're not too fussy, pool uninviting, very small shop if you call it that in reception
