If you love salsa and sour cream this is the place to go. The chicken fajitas really hit the spot, hot, spicy and full of flavour. Been here many times and always enjoy it.

Have eaten here a few times now. Have always found it to be of a consistently acceptable standard. No the food isn't exceptional, but that is what you get from a chain establishment and that is the same if you go to a Nandos, Farnkie & Benny, Weatherspoons, Harvester or whatever. The meals are strictly portion controlled, probably the 90% of it is microwaved and making adjustments to exactly what is stipulated on the menu is just outside their capability.

However, what they do, they do pretty well. We have always found the staff to be courteous, friendly and helpful. The décor is pleasant and the atmosphere has been relaxing early to mid evening.

By and large the cocktails are good - particularly like the Pisco Sour, which is tangy and refreshing. I defy you to find anywhere serving cocktails of the same calibre cheaper - £6 to £7 is reasonable for a cocktail in this day and age. And the cost of the food is pretty standard for this type of establishment.

It's not fine dining and it's not meant to be. If you go expecting really great exceptional food, you will be disappointed. If you go expecting a reasonably well presented chain restaurant experience, you'll be happy enough with the experience.

This place is a joke. The drinks are so overpriced it's shameful. The food is mediocre at best and they charge the earth for grated cheese. There really are much better places to eat in the local vicinity such as the Casino where the food is wonderful and reasonably priced. Chiquitos were only interested in trying to sell us shots to increase the size of the bill. I did complain in writing and promised a call from the manager but that never came and I've decided that rather than pursuing them further I will simply never return to this shambolic establishment again, I don't care whose birthday it is.

Went her for a birthday last night and altho the food was nice, the service was awful. The girl who took our order had her hand on her hip chewin gum! She never checked on us and took plates even tho we hadnt finished! Then asked if we wanted the bill. I asked her if they were in any rush for table (it was half empty) and she said no.
Well it felt like they were!

We went here after doing some shopping and it was really busy but the host found us a table. We both had chicken fajitas which were delicious and the waiter was really helpful with trying to arrange the table to make everything fit!
It's a little expensive compared to other places serving similar foods which are just as good but the decoration in the restaurant and the service made it worth the money.
My only negative is the air con was on a little too hgih so I felt a bit cold throughout the meal.
I'd recommend this to anyone who likes mexican food, it's also much nicer than the Frankie and Bennies next door!
