“Perfect apartment! Amazing location! Just gorgeous.”

Wow! What a find!
Thank you for a great holiday!
The Lookout is spectacular in every way.
We thought the flat was really luxurious and in an amazing location - we loved being literally 2 mins from the beach but in a pretty little quiet cul de sac.
We found the decor stunning all tastefully decorated and the owners have lovingly chosen a few one - off vintage peices which fit the the flat so perfectly like the gorgeous art nouveau shell light fitting in the front room.
It was all really comfortable too with brilliantly clean modern bathrooms and really powerful showers. A sparkly modern kitchen with every utensil you could wish for as well as delightful teasets for our afternoon tea.
Stylish bedding on comfy beds made for the perfect nights sleep.
Tvs in both bedrooms was a nice touch.
There was a great selection of books DVDs games and toys.
Being able to use the gardens just outside the flat was a bonus. The children adored being able to play in such a great space! Great views from the flat.
A lot of care and thought has gone into this place and it's very very good value for money.
Highly recommended by us!

“Home from home, but at the beach!”

The Lookout is gorgeous, and I found it fantastically set up for kids (lots of stairs though, if you're travelling with a 'climber'be prepared to keep your eyes peeled). It is beautifully presented throughout without being fussy and small details have been thought through (toys in the kids bedside cabinet!!).

It is a five minute walk from the main beach and high street with plenty of restaurants nearby catering to all tastes.

Louise is fantastic and was on hand if I had any questions, I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend The Lookout to my friends and family.

“After 28 years of visiting Broadstairs, this was the best accommodation.”

Very spacious and clean accommodation. Great location - really close to numerous restaurants and the beach. Lovely quiet cul-de-sac (except for the seagulls in the mornings.) Comprehensive instructions and very quick response regarding queries when booking. Single beds in second bedroom were ok if a little on the hard side. Plenty of large bath sheets supplied and was a pleasure to have 2 showers/toilets - pressure of water not reduced when both showers used simultaneously. Really useful welcome pack on arrival. Would definitely go back.

Stayed here for four days. Louise the owner was really accommodating when arranging. We arrived to find the apartment in a very nice central but peaceful location overlooking the shared garden. Apartment is nicely decorated with everything you need for a great break. Would certainly recommend.

Centrally located and very homely this is the perfect place to stay for exploring all Broadstairs has to offer. Literally 2 minutes to the beach, restaurants and shops, yet tucked away in a beautiful terrace that offers peace and tranquility. The owners have made it a comfortable and cozy place to stay with all the essentials there for you. They were also fantastic to deal with and sorted everything out for our last minute Easter break. We would definitely recommend and stay again.
