Our first stay in Broadstairs and we picked a wonderful place for our base. It's within easy distance of the beach, shops and numerous eating places. The Lookout is very clean throughout and has fitted everything you require. I can see us coming again before to long.

Had a great couple of nights at 'The Lookout'. Great accommodation, had everything that we could have needed, spacious, clean, comfortable and best of all 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars & Morrellis ice-cream parlour.
Louise was so helpful with everything - from the beginning of the booking process right through to the end of our stay - friendly and responsive.
Great place to stay - would highly recommend and we will definitely be going back in the future - Broadstairs has so much to offer and 'The Lookout' is a great place to stay.

we really enjoyed our stay at the Lookout,it has everything you would wish for in an apartment, centrally located, not more than a 5 mins walk to the beach or the shops.
We would certainly stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting Broadstairs.

Extremely comfortable, homely accommodation centrally located in the heart of Broadstairs.

Louise is very friendly and will endeavour to meet all your requirements!

After several years of visiting Broadstairs this is the second time we have stayed at The Lookout with hopefully many more visits to come.

“Cosy, clean and convenient - ideal for a seaside weekend”

Our first ever trip to Broadstairs, and delighted that we found such great accommodation.

Exactly what we needed, and the convenient parking was a total bonus (we may have just been lucky). The Lookout is ideal for a seaside weekend, being so close to the centre of town - once we were parked up, we were sorted.

“Perfect apartment! Amazing location! Just gorgeous.”

Wow! What a find!
Thank you for a great holiday!
The Lookout is spectacular in every way.
We thought the flat was really luxurious and in an amazing location - we loved being literally 2 mins from the beach but in a pretty little quiet cul de sac.
We found the decor stunning all tastefully decorated and the owners have lovingly chosen a few one - off vintage peices which fit the the flat so perfectly like the gorgeous art nouveau shell light fitting in the front room.
It was all really comfortable too with brilliantly clean modern bathrooms and really powerful showers. A sparkly modern kitchen with every utensil you could wish for as well as delightful teasets for our afternoon tea.
Stylish bedding on comfy beds made for the perfect nights sleep.
Tvs in both bedrooms was a nice touch.
There was a great selection of books DVDs games and toys.
Being able to use the gardens just outside the flat was a bonus. The children adored being able to play in such a great space! Great views from the flat.
A lot of care and thought has gone into this place and it's very very good value for money.
Highly recommended by us!

“Home from home, but at the beach!”

The Lookout is gorgeous, and I found it fantastically set up for kids (lots of stairs though, if you're travelling with a 'climber'be prepared to keep your eyes peeled). It is beautifully presented throughout without being fussy and small details have been thought through (toys in the kids bedside cabinet!!).

It is a five minute walk from the main beach and high street with plenty of restaurants nearby catering to all tastes.

Louise is fantastic and was on hand if I had any questions, I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend The Lookout to my friends and family.
