I spent one night at North Downs Barn and I wish it could have been longer, it is the most beautiful boutique B+B out in the country side complete with a pony in the stable at the back.
Lovely rooms, so comfortable with all the amenities you require, fab breakfast and such a friendly welcome.
Would really recommend a visit if you are in this part of the world.

We were beginning a walk of the eastern half of the North Downs Way and this was our first stop. Immaculate room in a stunning and lovely area, with a wonderful plentiful breakfast. The only hitch is that there is only one eating establishment nearby and it closes early, but we went to the local market and bought sabdwiches and were quite content. Hostess, Alison, was eager to give good customer service.

Room tip: All rooms seem great. Room 3 seemed very spacious.

We booked into this b&b the night before my friends wedding at cooling castle so we could relax the night before. Situated perfectly for this as we were only a 15 min drive away. Alison who runs the b&b couldn't have Been more helpful, she was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, beds comfy, showers nice and powerful and nice home touches made this a lovely experience. Thank you

The reviews for this B & B say it all. Beautiful place, very friendly welcome, excellent hospitality and an extremely nice home cooked breakfast! Highly recommend it for those passing through or on business. I would say that due to the open layout, that it would better suit couple rather than lots of noisy children, but that's just my opinion. We will most definitely use this location again when in the area.
