Very nice cathedral. Very good location as it is right near the Rochester caste. Very traditional feel around the area

We went on Saturday on the introductory tour. The lady did much longer than the 20 minutes and was really interesting. Even though we live in Rochester and visit the cathedral quite often we learned a lot from her and the crypt is amazing.

We call into Rochester Cathedral a few times a year as we are very local ,it is anice Cathedral with a lot of history, also there is a nice cafe at the back end so you can get a nice cuppa, or soft drinks if you need to take a break. There are services if you want to attend them, I think there is a calendar for these inside as you enter.

I've visited this church during Dickens festival. There was a short tour through this Cathedral and they gave us brief overview of history and relation to Ch. Dickens. It's just next to Castle and walking distance from Railway station so you shouldn't miss it while in Rochester. There is a nice crypt below church with beautiful vaulting.
