Stayed here on a business trip for one night only and everything was superb. The hospitality was first class with Rosemary and John's style of management welcoming smiling and giving you that special home from home feeling. The room was fantastic, king size bed with confortable mattress and memory foam, plenty of space in room with tasteful decor with modern en suite with excellent big walk in shower.
The room was next to woodland in an annex 30 yards from main house and was so quiet I slept really well. Also the B&B is close to local pubs and restaurants. I can personally recommend the Idian one 50 yards away.
Breakfast was freshly made, piping hot using quality product locally sourced.
Will stay there every time I am in that local area (dependant on availability) and would suggest you give it a try.
Just one thing left to say, Thank you Rosemary and John for a great experience.

Lovely small excellent value b&b near Rochester (about 25 mins walk from Higham station) run by a very friendly and helpful couple. Massive and very comfortable bed, modern bathroom with great shower, all usual modern amenities including giant TV, enough space for morning yoga (I like stretching) and full breakfast at the time of your choosing. Definitely worth a visit.

Room Tip: there are only two rooms... ;)

We stayed one night at the B&B Chestnuts whilst visiting family in the area. The couple that run the B&B were very hospitable and our stay was wonderfully relaxed. The bungalow was luxurious with all mod cons; your every need having been though of. The room was airy, bright, warm and above all crisp and clean. There is a rather large flat screen tv and free wifi in the room. In the morning we watched squirrels dancing around the acre that you overlook from your window. We had asked that breakfast be served at a set time, it was punctual and our food was absolutely delicious. We can only thank the couple that run it. We would certainly recommend this B&B and will return early next year.

me and my gf stayed there for one night. I could not rave about it enough. Room is beautifully decorated, bed is kingsize and amazing, and the shower is amazing. Mrs chestnut lol cooked an amazing breakfast to the time we wanted. Will definately recommend it and stay there again.
One thing..... the sign for the bed and breakfast on the street is small and hard to see.

I would like to thank the couple who run the B&B in Higham near Rochester for a wonderful stay whilst I was visiting my brother and his family this weekend. Plenty of space for parking, the guests stay in a little bungalette at the end of the garden. Set in an acre of wood, there were rabbits, beautiful Jays, and other wild birds amongst the odd squirrel around the garden. The room has a lovely comfortable double bed with marshmallow duvet - very nice. Little touches like fresh flowers, shower gels, soaps etc. in the ne-suite; Also free WiFi int the room, with large flat screen TV, Tea & Coffee facilities with biscuits, fluffy towels and roomy walk-in shower. Night lights in the room if you wish to have them on,very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was beautiful served and the owners made me feel welcome. Id left something behind at my brother's and when he bought it to where I was staying he was given a cup of tea too! 5 out of 5 and thank you I will stay again.

Room Tip: Room has double bed, there is a plan for another room with two single beds.
