“excellent accomodation”
Reviewed 25 June 2014

This accomodation is second to none. My husband and I stayed there on Sunday the 22nd June for one night. Barry was fantastic and nothing was too much effort for him. The food, location, service and accomodation was fab.

Room Tip: very clean and comfortable

Barry's & Ellie's friendliness, helpfulness and good humour were wonderful. They made us feel welcome and completely at home. Barry's breakfasts were fantastic and Ellie's homemade pickles were superb. The "ladies in the yard" provided the eggs that couldn't be fresher. The room was large and bright and the views to die for. The attention to detail was faultless. For those with a car, the location perfect; with Fort William, Ben Nevis & the Fells, Glencoe, Glenfinnan, Mallaig and the Skye ferry, Neptune's Staircase and the Caledonian Canal all just a short drive away. Public transport is also close handy with a railway station across the road (you can watch the Harry Potter train go by) and bus available outside the door.
Thankyou Barry and Ellie for an outstanding B & B experience.

Room Tip: This intimate B & B has 2 rooms. You can't possibly go wrong with either.

Barry and Ellie welcomed us as if we were friends and family and my wife and I both felt comfortable from the start. This is a very good quality B&B and with a view of Ben Nevis in the distance and Loch Eil in front of you, you couldn't ask for more. They also recommended Princes Hotel in Glenfinnan for dinner and we enjoyed it so much we went back the next day as well. I would highly recommend this B&B and the breakfast was perfect.....We still have a few more Munro's to bag in the area and we will be back

My husband and I spent 2 nights at Ardarroch B&B and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it in every way. The room was large and spacious the bed comfortable and the breakfast delicious. But the really special thing about this B&B is the truly warm welcome given by Barry and Ellie. We truly felt like visiting friends.
We will be back

My husband and I spent 1 night at the Ardarroch B&B and left wanting to 1. either spend more time there or 2. already planning another trip. We toured around Scotland for about 5-6 days stopping in each area just one night, Ardarroch and the area were beautiful, picturesque and without a doubt are favorite stop in our tour. Barry and Ellie were such inviting and warm hosts it really just made us both feel so welcomed and at home. Ellie sent us to one of the best dinners of our trip and Barry helped make sure we knew where we were going when we left. The room and actually the whole B&B were spotless, very clean and very tidy. I loved the bathroom with a skylight and the in room tea service was delightful. The outside area of the Ardarroch is stunning-lots of plants, garden space not to mention chickens and sheep close by. The view they have is unbelievable, we loved everything about this place and would recommend it to anyone who will be visiting the area. Oh, and breakfast was the best! The eggs come right from their own chickens.

Thanks so much Barry and Ellie, your B&B helped make our trip memorable. P.S. we saw you waving as the Jacobite went by!!
